They out did their self and they repaired things that weren't included in the quote and did not charge me anymore. Repaired 3 dents, gave me new tail lights, and tinted my windows. I was totally amazed when I finally saw my truck. They broke a piece of molding on my inside door latch but they are working on finding the piece to repair it. I will definitely use them for any work in the future and refer everyone that needs body work to PRIME COLLISION. We are fairly new to the area, and working with two different insurance companies. Both companies recommended Dave's. We were very pleased with the results on both vehicles, and Dave worked well with the rental companies (both Hertz and Enterprise) to make car exchange easy, and even stayed late to help us avoid extra charges on the turn in. The work on both vehicles was completed in a reasonable time. He also worked with us on a fair price for some additional touch up work on our truck, while it was in the shop. We had great experiences each time.

If you need auto body repairs done right, go straight to Crash Champions in Casa Grande…read more After a nightmarish experience with another Crash Champions location that mishandled my repair and refused accountability, State Farm transferred my SUV to David and his team in Casa Grande, and the difference in professionalism was night and day. From day one, David was empathetic, honest, and remarkably thorough, taking personal accountability to make sure my vehicle was fully restored. He kept me updated throughout the repair without me ever having to call for a status check, and his team delivered flawless craftsmanship, they properly aligned the liftgate, repaired and repainted the damaged roof area, completed the wheel arch molding, re-aligned the vehicle, addressed internal cabin rattles, and systematically cleaned out leftover glass shards hidden deep within the panels from the initial accident and repair. When the job was finished, they went above and beyond by delivering the SUV directly to me, completely detailed and cleaned inside and out, with a full tank of gas. The vehicle drives smoother and looks better than it did before the incident, and David and the Casa Grande crew epitomize true craftsmanship, pride in their work, and superior customer service. I couldn't possibly recommend them enough
