I requested an appointment for an RV wash & wax on short notice at the campground where we would only have availability for one day. David and his crew made it happen! They showed up on time and worked as an efficient team, making our camper clean and gleaming in the sunshine. They did it for a reasonable price too. Very happy with their work. E mailed David for a quote and he got back to me sooner than expected. After talking with him I was pleasantly surprised of his knowledge about RV care. He quoted me a very fair price and we scheduled the work for the next day in the early morning before the heat set in. He arrived on time and with a fully equipped trailer and a crew of hard workers. The finished product was amazing !!! They hand rubbed out all of the oxidation and placed an beautiful coat of wax over my 5th wheel. It's hard to find hard working businesses anymore, so I will be utilizing his services every 6 months from here on out. Money well spent !! read more

Extremely poor Customer service. Upon coming to Palm Creek Resort and Residences they arrived to wash a neighboring RV to my lot. There were 7 employees who were setting up ladders on my lot and not on the lot of the RV they were being paid to wash. They tipped over my chair and as I walked to pick up the chair, I asked if they were here to wash the unit and he said yes. I said if you can give me a minute I can move my stuff to provide you more room. They employee laughed and walked away. They then set up 9 ladders blocking my truck to where I could not get in to move the vehicle to do anything. I asked if they would move the ladders and they said to me "No, and what are you gonna do about it?" all while waving his finger at me. I then called Casa Grande Police and need a shout out to the police for showing up fast. Made this company move their ladders. Just because you have 7 men to tower over a female does not make you strong. Please be aware. I have talked to a few of my neighbors and they have also had issues. read more

Not very happy with the job done to my 32' 5th wheel trailer. They did wash it and wax and did fair job on the oxidation to the front cap. But,,,detail wise is where it's lacking. The wheels still had visible dirt in the curves of the mag wheels, the center chrome caps still had dirt residue that I could rub off with my finger, and they didn't even fold down the steps and wash them because they were still dirty. Plus there were dried water drips under the nose on the front end of the trailer. The wax on the trailer was nice but taking care of details that should be done they are lacking. For what I paid all that should have been done. I won't be back. read more

After borrowing my uncles RV for a road trip through Arizona we ended our last stretch of the trip in Casa Grande. Wanting to give the RV back in tip-top shape to my uncle, I went about finding a RV wash in town and was recommended David's RV Wash by a local RV dealership. The best part was that he drove to me, since he is mobile. On the phone conversation with David, I found him to be extremely professional and courteous. After driving to meet us on the same day I called, he gave us a demo with his products and it was obvious there was a huge difference in appearance. I was sold with the professionalism and the quality products he uses, but I was extremely impressed by how hard David and his crew worked throughout the job. After bringing the RV back to my uncle, he was so impressed with how clean it was that he now uses David's RV Wash on a regular basis. He still thanks me for finding this place, as it was much better than his previous RV cleaner. If I had a RV and I lived in Casa Grande, I would definitely be using David's RV Wash on a regular basis. Good people doing high quality work, I highly recommend!! read more
