They did excellent work and had a convenient Enterprise located in the facility. The process of getting my bumper replaced took a week to complete. They notified me on Friday that my car was ready to be picked up, and informed me they were open on Saturday from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. I could not go on Friday due to further obligations so I stated I would come in on Saturday. I arrived at 11 a.m. to pick up my car and Enterprise told me the person who handles Caliber Collision had left for the day. I was upset, I had driven 40 minutes to get my car. The person who was there notified the employee and she drove back and it took around 20 minutes. The issue was resolved which made the process satisfying for me. Just be mindful of what you tell people on the phone because people count on that when planning their day. read more

If you like slow service, poor communication, and insufficient work, this is the place for you! Brought my Tacoma in to the shop to have repairs done. Was told within 2 weeks the job would be completed or communication would be established. After 3 calls to the office after two weeks zero communication was established and no update was provided. Took me driving over to the office to find out there was a 2 week delay on my vehicle that i was not told about. After yet another week of it being at the location i was told the team missed a part that needed to be replaced and my vehicle would take yet another two weeks. Needless to say i picked up my vehicle that day and was told they would reach out when the part was available in early April. Today is April 22nd and i have yet to hear anything from the office. My 2017 GMC ACADIA DENALI was damaged in the rear bumper area as well as the rear door. Whoever did it left and didn't notice till I got home. Anyway, my insurance company recommended this exact company to repair my vehicle since the other sites were too busy. Thank God for that because they did a beautiful job on my vehicle! It looks like it came straight out of the plant, plus it was done in exactly a week and a half like the supervisor said. I drive for UBER and I believe a well kept vehicle says alot about the driver. They staff was friendly and kept in contact with me throughout the repair. I got a text 2 times per week and they were helpful in working with the Enterprise that is right next to their business (in the same building). Got into an accident this morning. Called Caliber explained to them the situation and asked if they would look at my car. I wanted to avoid going through insurance. Wanted an estimate to see if it would be worth my while to fix it or to just salvage it. They agreed to look at it. Had the car towed to their center. Was asked to go into their online portal to fill out all the paperwork online. A few hours later I received a phone call saying they wouldn't look at my car. Wouldn't even give me an estimate for repairs. That they apparently don't do customer pay work or wouldn't in this case. So I called before I towed it there to verify they would look at it and they agreed. Now they won't and I'm left with having to find another tow truck to tow it somewhere else. I have used these guys several times in the past with great success but they have really gone down hill. Recently i have taken 2 vehicles to them. The first was a car that had been hit by a deer and the hood damaged. We took it to the piney plains location and they transferred the vehicle to the maynard location. This damage caused the fender to get pushed back so the driver side door would not open. When it was picked up I instructed the driver not to open the driver side door because of the binding. I get a call from the adjuster saying the car was totaled. It would not have been totaled if these guys had not ripped open the door and bend the door and the fender. When I asked them about the damage they said it was that way when it got there but that was not the case. Well a few months later we purchased a new Lexus RX 350 and a piece of sheetrock flew into the vehicle damaging the front end. We took it to the piney plains location and told them to not transfer the vehicle since we had had success with this location. They got the work done on the front end and when we got the car home after it sitting on their dusty lot we noticed a scuff on the door that we had missed. I called to talk to them about brining the vehicle back in to get checked and see if it could be buffed out and was told they would call me back and schedule a time to bring it back in and have them look at it. Several weeks passed with no call. Called back to find out what was going on and they said that they had noticed it but said it was unrelated when they saw it. So they want us to go back through all of the insurance hoops again, which they should have done in the first place since it would have been obvious that the damage WAS RELATED. Guess i will not be using these guys again since they do not stand up to their mistakes and just look to get out of standing behind their work. A further update. After posting this I received an email from them asking me to reach out to them they would like to assist me. Well you guessed it, I responded to the email and never heard back. I was out of the state when a storm came through and a branch fell onto my car and completely damaged the roof. My insurance agency was great in reacting fast and getting my car in asap since I was not there to do anything. They towed my car the next day but then it got to dealing with caliber collision. They asked for me to keep coming in, and didn't understand that I was not in the state. The online form was difficult and wasn't working for two days when we tried. And then it took them 4 days to have someone even look at it and do an estimate. Glad I wasn't coming back to the state for a bit or I would have been out a car for 2 and a half weeks. They said they would call me twice a week with an update about my car but only called when it got into the shop and when it was finished. Here was my real problem though, I got my car back and now I have a huge ant problem on/in my car. And then on top of that, they stole my money that I stash in the car. (Given, yes I should not have left money in my car, but again, I was not in the state to get my car ready for the shop to take it. My main issue was getting my car into the shop and covered so there would be no water damage from the branch breaking my roof.) I still can't find the source of the ant problem and now I'm out about $20. read more

I would give zero stars if I could. I took my car here on Monday, with my estimate from my insurance company, for a headlight replacement and minor front bumper repair. An adjuster from my insurance company called Caliber and was told if I left my car on Monday, they would order parts that would be delivered Tuesday morning at the latest, and they would begin work on my car. I was quoted 3-4 days to fix my car. I rented a car and went on my way. I signed up to receive updates via text/email, and had not received any updates as of Tuesday evening. I called for a status update and was told there were no updates; they had not even begun the work on my car. Wednesday morning, when I pulled in to return my rental car, I saw my car was still in the exact same place I had parked it Monday morning. I was again told, after they had my car for 48 hours, they had not disassembled or begun work on my car because someone hadn't been out to do an estimate, even though I provided them the estimate from my insurance company and was told that would suffice. So now I'm out $120 for the rental car, that I absolutely did not need, because if the employees at Caliber had just been honest with me, I could have kept my own car until whoever had to do the second estimate would have been there to do the estimate. Instead, I paid to have a rental car while my car sat in their parking lot. Stay away from this place, unless you have unlimited time for them to fix your car whenever they feel like getting around to it, and lying to you about a timeline. read more

Is it possible to leave ZERO stars??? Completely unethical business. Took a car in to get fixed. They quoted initially ~$800 then when it came time to actually get the work done the quote went up to over ~$900 (before they even touched it). The parts came to roughly $150 the rest was labor. Supposedly 10 hours of labor. They stated the car would not be done until at the earliest Friday (dropped off on Monday) due to all the hours it would take. Not even 20 hours later car is ready yet OF COURSE the labor cost did not change. They are seriously charing me for the time the paint took to dry while they worked on other cars. When discussing this cost with them the EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional lady at the front desk said "Well you can always run it through insurance". We had a fender bender on February 26 where our car rear ended the car in front of us. I took the car to Caliber Collision on Piney Plains Road that morning and the Monday morning crowd was heavy. I spoke to a person in the office and we scheduled Wednesday at 1:30 to come back for an estimate. I was met promptly at 1:30 and Jonathan offered to keep the car and put it on the lift to do a thorough estimate, given it was front end damage. I could have walked home but they offered a ride and a gentleman took me home. On Monday, I was informed that my insurance company would be informed of the estimate and that it had the potential to be totaled. I spoke to the insurance company and they confirmed that so I went back to remove our personal belongings. In all, I came into contact with 6 people. While the damage to the car was not great news to hear, each of the people I came into contact with were friendly, compassionate, professional and genuinely caring. I came away with a great deal of appreciation for the culture of the office and the people and was impressed with how well each person knew their processes and how helpful each person I dealt with was. From beginning to end, they were knowledgeable, caring, friendly and helpful. One of the best customer experiences I have had in quite some time. My first experience I would give them 5 stars. Good work, I had access to a car due to the accident not being my fault. The reason for this visit, is a tree limb fell on the front passenger side and dented and cracked the paint, while in my driveway. This time the work was fine, a friend let me borrow his car, the communication fine, the insurance company was difficult so that counters into it. I dropped my car off on a Sunday, they didn't take it in to look at until Tuesday. The car was finished the following Thursday, but again, because of insurance, could not pick it up until Friday. The work seems fine, but someone left a Bic lighter in the front seat, some trash in the passenger car door, and some kind of white dust on my passenger floor. All the windows on the interior were dirty, like someone left it in a very humid room with the windows cracked or something. There was also a strange smell in the car. I had just had the car cleaned, and windows washed prior, because I thought I couldn't get it in a car wash for a while. Turns out, I just cannot have it waxed. read more

My husband and I had a HORRIBLE experience here after our vehicle was in a wreck, multiple problems and issues with this facility. I'll name a few - we were told they would fix one issue we had, were charged for "looking at it" but they didn't fix it - tried to charge us the fee on top of our deductible even though we were told it was included and there would be no extra charge. We weren't even told it was being sent to another facility to be looked at until after it was sent there! We were called and told it was ready for pickup, showed up and just pulling into the parking lot we could see that our vehicle was not fixed correctly - the hood/bumper area had a HUGE gap in between the parts, significantly larger of a gap than there should be. We told them it didn't look right and a guy came out and said "hmm, yea, that doesn't look right does it" - like what?!! Why did you call us then and why wasn't it done correctly in the first place, without us having to say it didn't look correct!! Throughout this entire process we were extremely respectful and even apologetic that our car wasn't fixed correctly upon first try (even though it wasn't our fault it wasn't done correctly! lol) yet when we paid and went to leave with our vehicle we were told if we "needed anything in the future we recommend you go elsewhere" - WOW, unbelievable!!! Sooo we were given the run around, billed incorrectly and our car was not even fixed appropriately and we remained calm, respectful and without directing blame or anger twds anyone there and WE are asked to never return?! If I could give them zero stars I would. Absolutely the worst experience of my LIFE as far as car repairs go. They actually damaged my vehicle while they were repairing different damage. The tech basically accused me of lying and I had to contact the adjuster to get photos to prove my car had not come in with the additional damage. They refuse to tell me how my car was damaged further and I've yet to receive an apology for being told I did the damage to my car. I was told on multiple occasions that my car would be ready on a certain day and when I would show up, it either wasn't ready or there were still problems. It was near impossible to get someone from Caliber to return my calls. They wouldn't communicate with Enterprise regarding my rental and they were calling me asking me to return the rental because it had not been extended as it should have been by Caliber due to them damaging my car and having to pay for the additional week of car rental. After all was said and done, they had my vehicle for over a MONTH and it is still not repaired correctly. I'm still noticing scratches and marks that weren't on my vehicle prior to taking it to Caliber. Go anywhere else but to Caliber Collision Center on Piney Plains Rd!!!!! read more

Had a bad accident late last year and as a Certified Nationwide Collision Center an appraiser was not sent out and Caliber did the damage assessment. They told me it would be 8k in repairs and absolutely no damage to the frame. 13 weeks later I was told multiple times the frame was NOT bent and new issues kept arising. Long story short, came out to over 13k in repairs and when they told me my car was done, it would not drive straight because the frame was BENT!!! Caliber tried to rob me and lie about my frame not being bent so they could make some money, there is absolutely no excuse on why this was not totaled from the beginning except greed and horrible ethics. If I did not question and bring it up with my insurance, I would be stuck with a car with a bent frame. They told me and reassured me 7Xs it was not bent and everything was perfect which is far from the truth. Bottom line, THESE GUYS ARE CROOKS and I will never recommend them to anyone. Find another shop these guys will rob you. read more
