Caliber collision in anderson was the worst shop experience I've ever had. Delay after delay. All my car needed was a left front fender and paint. They forgot to order the part until I called to doulbe check about it 4 weeks after drop off. After 14 weeks of having my car, they return it with several new areas of damage. Driver door sagging and clanking when it shuts. Front bumper emblem damaged. read more

Hands down the most terrible automotive repair service around!! Deceptive and fraudulent business that is supposed to be a collision/ auto repair center. My Son and I are co-owners of a 2024 Honda Civic, and it was side swiped this past April while parked in front of my Son's home in Anderson Indiana. Gieco insurance suggested Caliber collision of Anderson. ( Not sure why? Horrible recommendation) We were told a few weeks to get parts and repair the Honda, it took 3 months!! YES " Three months. The so called repairs / body work was so negligent that it seemed like a person, or person's with almost no automotive repair experience or knowledge did the work. G.M. Louie Hite, is more deceptive and unprofessional than possibly anyone in this type of business! The car ended up having to be repaired by Honda of Anderson. That was after 4 attempts from Caliber collision at doing what there supposed to be professionals at? In the end a service manager and mechanic with Honda stated that the work / repairs Caliber had attempted to do was so negligent that overall, it took 3 tries from Honda to right the wrong that Caliber collision had done. My Son and I were both fed-up wth it all. My Son had paid for rental cars 3 separate times, during this fiasco and finally after Caliber collision realized that they were responsible for covering the repairs at the Honda dealership, and after several failed attempts by my Son to get Caliber to cover a forth rental car, Calibers G.M. Louie finally relented and agreed to cover a rental car while the Honda was finally being repaired at the dealership. He stated that Caliber would cover all rental coverage associated with the car. Not true!! So after nearly 3 months, more that 6 failed attempts at repairing a 2024 car, and a car that was side swiped, not driven into a ditch or hit on a freeway, my Son has had to pay almost $700.00 for the last rental car coverage!! We've made nearly a dozen attempts for reimbursement from Calibers repair center in Anderson, called corporate headquarters, contacted an district manager, Bill Dunkman, and I contacted customer complaint office for Caliber, with supposed results in the works only to be ignored by corporate management! You would think a company of this magnitude and size would want to make everything right after the B.S. my Son and myself were put through? Apparently not so!! Please save yourself the nightmare of using Caliber collision of anything. Period. read more

I just got my car back yesterday and I had to write a review about Matt and Tawny at Caliber Collision in Anderson. A person running a red light hit my car back in August. We've been fighting with the insured's insurance company, AllState, since then. I finally succumbed and scheduled my car to be fixed by Caliber Collision in Fishers. Well, they couldn't get me in for 6 weeks and that was for an estimate with repairs being done in the following 3 weeks. I agreed. But, in the meantime, Tawny from Caliber in Anderson called me and said she could get me in right away! So, I took it there. The rental car was waiting for me. I spoke with the manager, Matt, about my situation. He was incredibly kind and understanding of my frustration with AllState. Anyway, they fixed my car and it looks terrific! The timing was perfect as well. Their shop is immaculate! Tawny pops fresh popcorn every day and they have other snacks to enjoy while you wait. Hopefully, I'll never be in another wreck...but, if someone else decides to run a red light and hit me, I know exactly where I'll take my car. You will NOT be disappointed! read more
