Really good dude, and they did a really good job.. I tried to tip him, but I was having technical difficulties with a particular app, but after it gets worked out he will be getting some extra money! Drove in to bay, told the woman what I wanted and sat in waiting area for no more than 10 minutes. Can you believe it a business that actually lives up to it's name. Now to be fair I was the only customer here at the time so times may vary. So oil change w synthetic, engine & cabin filter for $134, my last trip to dealer for just oil was $123! I had a very nice woman assist me, Kayla I believe. All the workers there were professional and thorough. Top marks, will be returning.

Both the woman on the phone at their shop and the techs I dealt with in the field were extremely nice folks, and I was very pleasantly surprised that they were able to get my windshield fixed in less than 24 hours - after initially being told by my insurance that it would likely take 3-5 days to get the glass since the car was brand new. While I would've liked to have never found out how good the service with this Safelife (branch? franchisee?) is, everyone I dealt with were all professional, courteous, and punctual. You can't really ask for more, especially with an auto repair shop.

I drive 50k miles a year in my company car (both business and personal). Unfortunately, this car had less than 5k miles on the odometer. I tried using my fleet card app to set my appointment but it only gave me the option of having them come to my office. That wasn't going to work for me because needed to be at an appointment by 11:00 AM. I managed to get an appointment at 8:00 AM the next morning. Typically it takes about three hours to change a windshield on a new car as it needs to be calibrated because of camera and sensors. Fortunately, mine was easily calibrated and I was out of there in an hour and a half. The bill was a little over $1000 which surprised me but a good amount of that is for labor.

The technician said my sensor came off and was rolling around in my tire but it wasn't broken. So I drove to Tennessee and back and that sensor rolling around in my tire over 700 miles and that sensor didnt break, PLEASE. They expected me to pay to replace the sensor. Horrible service from the start. I ordered tires and made an appointment with them online and service was bad. Didn't have my tires so ended up getting another type tire. Had an appointment at 8 and another man had an appointment at 8:30 he was seen before me. Just make sure you get a second opinion when getting service here. Never had an issue with my system until they changed my tires no other sensor isn't broken.
