He told me it was just two of them and he couldn't give me a shampoo because it's just two of them so I just asked for the cleaning inside and out when I was called to pick up my car around 12:35 PM. I got there about 15 minutes later and the same guy that I talked to the first thing I noticed was the bird poop that was on my back driver side door. It was still some there, so I said something about it when I open my car there was still dirt all around my driver in front passenger seat I asked, can I get my trunk vacuum? It seemed dirtier than when I dropped it off, there was smudges all over the dashboard. He told me that he couldn't do that without scratching it but your car wash shouldn't you have the materials to clean everything inside of a vehicle if you call yourself detailers? He had to get an attitude with me and basically shove my keys at me I should have took my keys and just drove off without paying they wanna charge me $50 for something that I could've paid $20 for I ask can I speak to a manager and he had a task to say that he was the manager no wonder the business is going down. it was a old black guy and I'm black so it's not a race thing. I've been going to this place since 1998 and I have not ever been dissatisfied the way I was today the way I was treated and talk to. I may have to discontinue my long-term service with this business. It's sad how one person can change things so drastically so people if you go there make sure that they are doing what you ask of them. I read a one because it will not let me put zero.

A good place for a car wash in Florence, SC This Caliber Car…read moreWash is located at 110 N Beltline Dr in Florence, South Carolina, just off I-95 and conveniently near shopping areas like Magnolia Mall and very close to I-95. It was fairly easy to get to with straightforward access from the main roads. My membership from my home state worked here without any issues. The gate automatically recognized my out-of-state license plate perfectly. That meant that I could get a quick car wash while on the road to remove all the road grit from the multi-state drive. It was a nice perk for using the same chain across multiple states. The setup was roughly the same as my local one back in my home state. There is an attendant at the gate in case the scan doesn't work or if you need help. There is another person to guide you onto the conveyor, tell you when to put the car in neutral so it pulls you through the tunnel with the brushes, rinses, and dryers. There are vacuum stations with free tools like air hoses and cleaners included with the membership, but we didn't use those on this visit. Overall, the site was clean, well-maintained, and easy to use with quick service--I would recommend this location to fellow travelers needing a good wash on the go. Enjoy!
