Once there the employees were very receptive and empathic to our problem. They ran a couple tests and while the tests came back with bad news, they still helped us out by knocking a couple bucks off the total cost. Not only that but with more shows to play and the fact we couldn't take the van any further, firestone allowed us to keep our broken down van on their lot for a few days while we figured out a solution to our problem. Thanks again it was really awesome to see how helpful people could be.

When my aunt and I got here it was at least 10 people here ok that's fine . So we got to the counter the person we spoke to told us it would be $200 flat with taxes ...it ended up being 200 and something ok no big deal the guy got very nasty with her his attitude was very nasty! We went to sit down about 10 minutes later a customer asked the guy (with the attitude) about something and of course the worker had the same nasty attitude and the customer went off(as he should have)!! He been there since 9 and here it is 2:30 and come to find out the mess his car up and didn't say anything until the very end! So other customers started saying how they were there since 8,9,10,11 etc and still no word on their vehicle. So I decided to take my car else where and asked for my keys the guy with the cross eyes asked (WHY) as if I owed him an explanation!! Very rude workers they were all playing instead of working and the inside of this place is disgusting !! Please learn customer service skills and if you don't know how to fix something on a person vehicle LEAVE IT ALONE!!

I arrived 25 minutes early. The tech said they'd start soon, should be less than an hour…read more 70 minutes later I asked how it was going. They said 'a few more minutes" then... "Mr? It may be a bit longer... they put the wrong tires on your car." 30 minutes of watching them swap & balance the new-new tires. Got text that the car was ready. Watched them drive it out of the bay Went to front. "Oh. The alignment hasn't been done. The tire techs can't report on the alignment, so it just shows done when the tires have been put back on." Still waiting, two hours so far, for a 45 minute task. I recommend you take your car to a competent, knowledgeable, coherent team, not here.
