They did this to my Jaguar xk and broke both door panels and my tweeter housing which is part of the door .The car was in his possession for over 6 days. I called to rectify the situation and the owner James responds with a nasty childlike attitude. Then he asks me why I'm calling him so early and tells me he will call me back. It's been over a week now and now and when I call he's never there. They are great at taking your money but refuse to replace something if and when they break it . I just wanted my vehicle back in the condition it was to begin with. What is so hard about that? I would NOT recommend taking any luxury car here for a tint job bc apparently when they break something they will refuse to fix it. They will then blame the car and complain how difficult it was to work on. How about this, dont take a job on if you dont have the knowledge or expertise of doing it properly! Very dissatisfied!

Great professional service.. First Rate!…read more I was looking to reduce some glare in my living room from a couple of windows high up on the wall. Decided to go with tinting and after using Yelp to see who and what was available, I decided to go with AR Window Tint. AR stands for the owners name Alberto R, so he takes a lot of care and pride in doing a job right..and that's just what he did. He quoted me a price online. Showed up at my house on time. Explained my options based on my type of windows, location of windows, etc.. I settled on a blue type tint to reduce glare and heat coming through the windows, but also to accent the blue sky that you see. He did an A+ job on the install. The windows look great! No more glare while trying to watch the NFL on Sundays. I couldn't be happier or more satisfied. Thanks Alberto and AR Window Tinting.

Both the woman on the phone at their shop and the techs I dealt with in the field were extremely nice folks, and I was very pleasantly surprised that they were able to get my windshield fixed in less than 24 hours - after initially being told by my insurance that it would likely take 3-5 days to get the glass since the car was brand new. While I would've liked to have never found out how good the service with this Safelife (branch? franchisee?) is, everyone I dealt with were all professional, courteous, and punctual. You can't really ask for more, especially with an auto repair shop.

Unfortunately, this car had less than 5k miles on the odometer. I tried using my fleet card app to set my appointment but it only gave me the option of having them come to my office. That wasn't going to work for me because needed to be at an appointment by 11:00 AM. I managed to get an appointment at 8:00 AM the next morning. Typically it takes about three hours to change a windshield on a new car as it needs to be calibrated because of camera and sensors. Fortunately, mine was easily calibrated and I was out of there in an hour and a half. The bill was a little over $1000 which surprised me but a good amount of that is for labor.
