Because my BMW has heads up display and other safety features through the windshield he explained why I wanted OEM glass. Afterwards I did my own research and determined he was spot on. No pressure from Jason. He just let me know they were there when I was ready. Then I left town and it was an entire month before I got back to fixing my windshield. H&A is an approved provider through my insurance so the process was so easy. Within 30 minutes, Jason had the authorization from my insurance company for the replacement and calibration needed. Horatio called me and let me know he was on the way. He and Wilmer got right to work. In less than two hours they had my windshield replaced, did the calibration and drove it to make sure everything was functioning properly. They even were kind enough to move the sticker I need to get in our work parking lot from my old windshield to my new one. Horatio and Wilmer were both professional and efficient. This is especially important as with the newer cars the windshields have all kinds of sensors, cameras, and need recalibration. For example, my windshield has a heads up display and sensors for when it's raining. Kendall did excellent work. When I have gone there the rest of the staff has been nice as well. My first windshield was through insurance and my second out of pocket. Hopefully I don't need another for a very very long time but if you do need one, I'd absolutely recommend this location. They are also very swift. I booked online and on the day of my appointment was in and out in 2hrs or less.

This experience has been frustrating, unprofessional, and a huge waste of my time. I need someone from Safelite to contact me directly to get this resolved once and for all.
