Took my car to the dealership, not realizing that these issues stemmed from the windshield itself. After just a visual inspection, the dealership told me the glass had been placed incorrectly, that it was sitting just a little too low in the window frame and that this was the cause of the issues I was experiencing. Well, Safelite is supposed to have a lifetime guarantee on their work for as long as I own the car, so the dealership and my insurance company both said to take it back to Safelite to have it fixed. As soon as I showed up to the shop, the guy working here starts telling me how the techs at the dealership "do not know what they are talking about" and how Safelite is not responsible for the malfunctions, even though I had a report from the dealership explaining exactly what the problem was accompanied with a video and detailed explanation. He also said he "could do me a favor and take a look" even though I had this appointment booked for several weeks before today. He followed that up with any cost incurred would be out-of-pocket since I took my car to the dealership and had them look at the vehicle, even though the dealership never actually worked on the windshield and just performed a visual inspection. Zero accountability. Zero professionalism. Zero customer service. Zeroes across the board.

When we spoke, he was rude, unprofessional, and even hung up on me, making the interaction very uncomfortable. His tone and attitude were completely unnecessary given that I was still available within my scheduled appointment window. To be honest, even though I was in the process of cancelling, the job was still completed. I later spoke with Kendall, the manager, who was kind, professional, and took my concerns seriously. He stated that he would escalate the situation and even offered to have his boss reach out to me, which I greatly appreciate. The other manager Joe called as well and stated everything would be documented. I appreciate the swift response from him as well. However, Cliff's behavior was inappropriate and unacceptable. No customer should be spoken to or treated in that manner. I never want anyone else, especially another woman, to experience the level of disrespect I encountered during this interaction.
