I would HIGHLY recommend PIT Crew Auto Glass to anyone that needs a window replacement. Last night, my car's passenger window was broken into for the second time in two months (downtown Atlanta smh) and both times they were able to replace my window the next morning. Have an experience like someone breaking into your car is extremely stressful and frustrating, but I have to say that the guys at PIT really made me feel like they had my back. I hope you don't have to go through what I went through, but if you do, go to PIT Crew Auto Glass. read more

First things first I just say that the professionalism of these two guys were top tier. I've had a small crack in my windshield since August of last year and it just got worse over time so I FINALLy decided to get it fixed. For starters I received a lower price compared to other companies that I've reached out to which was great. Everything seem to be overpriced now a days. Pit Crew Auto Glass answered all of my questions "being I know nothing about the process" and reassured me that they would take care of me. Rodney and Jearl set a day which worked with my schedule and had my car completed within an hour max. I honestly have no complaint! Besides I just love seeing black men owning businesses and grinding. I love leaving reviews especially if it's deserved. Just a pleased customer. Thanks again guys ! You were awesome. read more

Massive shout out to PIT Crew Auto Glass for an amazing job on my windshield replacement. I reached out to them for a quote and received one within a few hours. Rodney messaged me to set up an appointment and they came to my house the NEXT day, a Sunday, to replace my cracked windshield. They were highly professional, had a prompt response rate, and very fair pricing. Extremely grateful to Jearl & Rodney for their amazing work. **Please note: price varies by the year, make, and model of vehicle read more

Rain sleet or snow these professionals stayed in contact with me until the weather allowed them to replace my windshield. They came they saw they conquered! I have to admit I have unfortunately had several windshields replaced over the years (don't ask rock magnet) and as far as companies/teams go Pit Crew was by far the best. They kept me informed during the entire process even before they begin as to what to expect and what they knew about problem areas with my Infiniti. The professionalism, attention to detail, and quality of work made me immediately want to leave this review. Top notch job gentlemen!!!! I highly recommend them for your windshield needs!!!! I have no affiliation with the Co. nor do I receive any incentives. This is from the heart and the wallet- don't look any further, I promise you won't be disappointed. read more

Rodney and his partner are amazing! Quick response, and efficient replacement. I needed my passenger window replaced after a hijacking. Requested a quote at 9:45AM and was driving off the lot at noon. They were very thorough in quoting me for my cracked windshield as well and explaining their process to ensure the window's functionality and offering any assistance should there be any issues with the window in the future. At $240 inclusive of labor and parts, and quick turn around on a Saturday morning you can't beat that! This is half the cost the insurance's recommendation Safelite Autoglass. I would definitely suggest looking into PCAG for your auto glass needs! read more

PIT Crew was such an amazing decision for replacing my windshield. It was half the cost of everything else I was shopping and they were so responsive to my initial inquiry. They scheduled the same day and installed it in 45 minutes while I was at work. Amazing customer service and friendly guys! They were super personal and cleaned the inside of my car too! I would recommend them to anyone and everyone needing their services and will be using them in the future as needed! Thanks guys! read more

Know their glass, very precise and will get you done in a promptly matter. Would recommend anybody to them.

Very responsive and reliable company. Jerald and Rodney replaced my windshield quickly and efficiently. The price quoted to do the work was well below what others quoted and they assured me it would be done right. They went above and beyond and even cleaned all windows and mirrors before my next visit to a car wash since I would have to wait for the new windshield to "settle" in. Great guys, great company! I highly recommend! read more

Very professional! My truck had been broken into, back passenger window smashed out glass everywhere. I called them and they quoted me $180 and said they would come to me in 3 hours. They showed up exactly when they said they would and charged me exactly what they quoted me. They were courteous and professional! I highly recommend! read more

Got text confirmation of appointment. After they were 45 minutes late, and didn't answer the phone I left a review. I promptly received a call asking about the review and was told that they never confirmed. Dont waste your time. read more

After calling many Auto Repair shops, PIT Crew came through for me. They replaced the windshield of my son's Lexus RX 300 in our driveway for much less than any other shop I had contacted. They were courteous on the phone and professional on the job. They even took the time to move his parking sticker from the old glass to the new one. PIT Crew exceeded our expectations. read more

Such a pleasant experience! Would definitely recommend PIT Crew Auto Glass to anyone needing a windshield replacement. I sent them a quote request on Sunday and they replied right away (even though they were closed). Pricing was very competitive. Even told me about a Groupon that was available to save me more money. Came out the next day to my office around lunch. I just had to drop off my keys and they were done 45 minutes later. The guys actually working on the replacement were super nice. They even vacuumed the inside of my car. Shout out to Rodney! Payment was a breeze. I would definitely use these guys again. read more

this company has the ability to book over the internet which I did for 1:30pm today. at 2:15, I tried to call the number on their website and left a message. after an hour had passed, I left a 1 star review on Google saying i had not been contacted. At 2:45, I received a call where they tried to tell me they had never confirmed the appointment and they werent coming. I then left another 1star review saying it was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. These reviews have been deleted. I would not recommend this company at all. the reviews online are edited to make it seem like they are a good business. read more
