So they replaced a ps pump for me along with many other things but im not going to explain everything they did wrong which was most of everything. So on to the ps pump replacement they didnt re use or order new honda oem pre bent ps hoses, so they get stock reg hose and wrap it around and its not rated for ps fluid its coolant hose. So tonignt i find out that hose collapsed thanks caliber I would never go here again I had a few things replaced ps, ac, lca, etc, some other things (almost 4k) they screwed up were they left radiator support loose it was just dangling, they stripped a bolt in the support you would think a shop would re thread that, 2 sensor went in fine came out broke knock n oil pressure. The ac doesn't even blow as cold as it should, they were suppose to replace tensioner pulley also looks to be same worn stock oem one, really just expected better. read more

Excellent service! I used to go to kwik but I was unhappy with their service. Today was my first visit to caliber, waiting room was very clean and comfy like it was my own living room. They already had a full fridge of water with a coffee machine and hot chocolate machine. The staff was very friendly and helped me quickly and started on my car right away, I was probably 10 mins early. Wait was about 40 mins which is about the time they promised. They provided an inspection of things that could be worked on next, which was goood because I was going to ask that. My receipt even had them in there along with estimates. I called this location prior to getting my older Prius model towed here and was told by a gentleman that it would be no problem. He didn't ask for any further information. I called again the same day providing them with an ETA of when my car would arrive, only then a lady took down my information including what was wrong with the car, the make, model, year, mileage, etc. Upon the cars arrival, I was called and informed that they weren't "trained to diagnose and repair my vehicle because it was an older hybrid model." Because of this, I had to get my car towed a second time somewhere else because they failed to tell me this before I even arranged to get my car towed there which was complete carelessness on their end. When I walked into the building there was no one at the front desk. I called out a couple of times with no response. I eventually started walking around looking in the offices where I found a few people having conversations. I was able to get one of them to help me setup the service for inspection on my vehicle. There was no waiting to get the inspection done. It took about 20 minutes to get my vehicle back. They should probably make sure there is someone manning the front desk or put some kind of alert on their door so they know when customers walk in. read more

I took my car here because I called Zach on Thursday mentioning a couple issues I thought was giving me car troubles. He mentioned it might just need a Tune up which I was happy to hear as I thought it might be something bigger and he offered to do the diagnostic for free first for peace of mind and I thought, how nice! Then once Diagnostic is done, we can go from there. He said it should only be a couple hours for diagnostic. I took it in before 8:30am at our agreed upon time, right after they opened on Friday 8/19. He said it should only be a few hours, perfect! So I waited and waited, I called at 1:30pm and asked the status, he said he was still looking at it and should call be back "within the hour". I explained I was going out of town for the weekend and if it would be ok that I picked up my car on Sunday, he said no problem... I never got a call or update Friday or Saturday and their closed Sundays. I picked up my car Sunday regardless, thankfully an employee was there on his day off to give me my key. I called Tuesday morning to ask what Zach found out. He said nothing yet and was going to take another look at it Monday and the car wasn't here. The fact that he never called me once (I called Friday) and he didn't follow up when the car was gone, makes me believe he never looked at the car at all! (The following weekend I took it to Pep Boys and they found the problem within 3 hrs of drop off). I am upset because these guys kept my car all weekend, not even the diagnostic was done - absolutely no results and I could have had my car fixed elsewhere and not have sacrificed a whole weekend. Now I have to find another place to do this for me and ACTUALLY work on the car. This establishment has 5 stars, seemed to have great customer service and even though they charge more than some other common shops, I was going to go here. They obviously cannot be honest with you, pretend they looked at the car and cannot give you ANY progress report so these guys get 1 star for wasting the little time I have to get my car fixed and basically just taking my key and putting down my phone number. read more

Very easy and quick process. Got my oil changed and State Inspection in my truck, then oil changed on my wife's jeep. The service advisor, Jacob was friendly and professional. I had no problems with the service provided... i got an oil change, inspection and 2 new rear tires and it was done in a pretty timely manner my only problem was after... I had arranged to pick it up after hours and they said they could put the key in the gas cap i front of the building with all the lights and cameras on it... i was fine with that but when i went to pick up the vehicle later that night the keys were not in the gas cap and my car was unlocked... i had many personal items in there that including a laptop that could've been stolen in the time from close to when I got there. Went from previously being very satisfied to now I'll NEVER spend another dime with them. After spending thousands of dollars with them on several vehicles, they told me I needed a $5100 repair. Can I give them less than one star??? DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE CENTER!! They gave us a quote of $367.50 to change a water pump on our Jeep Liberty. However when we were called to pick it up the bill was OVER $850. They also try to sell you unnecessary repairs. If my husband hadn't at one time been a great mechanic we could have easily spent 5 times that amount!! Do nor trust their quotes. They won't honor them. I was told that the person, Andrew, who gave me the quote was not trained to give quotes. However when we dropped off the car we told the general manager, John, what the quote was and he said "Ok , and the diagnostic will be $119.99." My car was serviced at Caliber Auto Care for the first time in October 2022. I received an Oil Change at that time and was informed that I needed brake pads and rotors. I was given the price of $420.00 by one of the gentlemen at the front desk. I did not get the brakes repaired at that time, but decided to come back at a later date. Recently I called Caliber to schedule an appointment to replace the brake pads and rotors. I spoke with Santos who scheduled my appointment and texted me a link to an estimate for a whopping $750.00. I informed him I was given the cost of $400 when I last had my car serviced. Santos had no explanation for the stark difference in the cost for the brake pads and rotors. I immediately told him to cancel my appointment. I called two other places, including the dealership and neither place charged $750 for brake pads and rotors. I was looking forward to making Caliber Auto Care the place I go to get maintenance completed on my car. It's very disappointing when car repair businesses try to take advantage of you.
