Appointment impression -- friendly, welcoming and patient & knowledgeable with my questions. The installation itself took less than 1-hour as promised. Forgot to mention they sold us an epicenter and some cheap audio distortion from Cera Vega was installed instead, and even the guy from City Audio doesnt know why we had 3 different brands for the speakers when they all could have just been just one brand, i blame 70% myself for not knowing what the good stuff and labor is, i just wanted to stay positive but it came to bite me back from all the issues that came after.

If you plan to wait, there is an area inside with ac, a few chairs and a couch. I got the two front windows and front windshield tinted with ceramic and it took about an hour. Harley Quinn looks much better now! They have good reviews for a reason, highly reccommend!
