Whenever I'm craving salad or some crunch, I order that with the crispy chicken, non-spicy, with avocado and sprouts added and veganaise on the side. It is SO good and gives me that chicken salad fix that I miss since going vegetarian. It also comes with chips! Oh here's another tip: I dip the chips in the veganaise and then stuff it inside the wrap for added crunch and to distribute the veganaise in the wrap. I also love the coconut cake, cashew crunch bowl, pancakes, and everything else I've tried here. Everything tastes homemade (in the best way!) like everything is made with love, and you can taste it in every bite. Like i said, I order from here all the time and it is so fast. I know some of that depends on the driver, but they always prepare it super fast and package it up with care. My food is always still hot and fresh by the time it gets to me. The fries are somehow still the perfect consistency by the time they arrive! (If you like McDonald's and in n'out fries you'll love these!) I'm really such a sucker for a good, quality hummus and it was so creamy and the oil they topped it with was wonderful too. The veggies were fresh and the pita was such a star: it was thick and chewy and clearly freshly made. Immediate 5 star for the food. So glad I stopped by here and will definitely be back!

So good, a bit spicy, and so many flavors on the plate it was impossible to not only love it, but I could not finish it, either. That goes from all their dishes. They are big, and in our experience, it came out piping hot soon after ordering it. My companion tried the 'Indian Tikka Masala' (homemade Indian curry, broccoli, cauliflower, zucchini, yellow squash, potatoes, cabbage, chickpea, micro green, Served with blend wild Jasmin rice and Indian Flat Bread). If you served this to a non-vegan, they might have a hard time believing it was actually cauliflower. It was absolutely delicious, and the texture was phenomenal. We also ordered a side of fries, which unfortunately fell a little flat. They were undercooked and lacked seasoning, so they didn't leave much of an impression. For my entrée, I had the Pepperoni Pizza. Overall, I enjoyed it, but the biggest drawback was that it was very salty. If they toned that down a bit, it would have been a winner. My husband ordered the Shrimp Scampi. The vegan shrimp was impressive from a texture standpoint--it was tender and even had that familiar "snap" you get from real shrimp--but it wasn't quite for me. The pasta itself was a bit underwhelming and could have used more flavor. Overall, I'd absolutely give Julie Goes Green another shot, and I would 100% order the Buffalo Cauliflower again. One final bonus: parking was easy, with a lot available for pickup orders. Just keep in mind that seating inside is fairly limited, so this is a great option if you're planning to order to-go.

My drink, the NA Indian detox was actually a smash hit. Service was friendly, but the bathrooms were surprisingly dirty/old. We actually went for ice cream afterwards to congratulate ourselves on getting through it. Jasmine has a lovely shaded patio. You place your order at the counter with a guy who's really nice. There are only two menus and the images are faded and extremely hard to read. The best dishes (but still not great) Potato samosas - nothing special Keema paratha - This bread, filled with ground chicken, was fine but not my kind of thing. Plain naan - unusual in that it was flakier than usual. Pan Thay Kwak Swe - thick wheat noodles with chicken drumsticks. This wasn't really anything special. Avoid Tea Leaf Salad. I've had lots of tea leaf salads but never any that I didn't want to eat any more of. The flavor was too pickled. It was also spicier than usual. (I don't mind spice but didn't love the flavor.) Pae Late (J's Special). This dish consists of thin lentil fried dough in broth with chicken. Unfortunately the dough was totally soggy which ruined this dish. I didn't like the flavor of the broth either. No one wanted more of this dish, nor did anyone want to take it home. It would be much better if the fried stuff was served on the side for the customer to add like when I have samosa soup. My family of Burmese food enthusiasts now likes to cite this restaurant as a bad place I had us eat during our trip to LA.
