This is the place to go if you need auto-body repairs! It was less costly than I was expecting, I got a loaner car from them while my car was being serviced and everyone I spoke with there was great! The repairs were excellent! I had an issue with my passenger door and you'd never know looking at my car after the repairs that there was a problem there. They took care of the issue I asked for and went above and beyond to keep it in my budget. I could not ask for more. I will be returning if I need future service! read more

Excellent service! After my accident, all I had to do was call my insurance and bring my car in. They handled everything with the insurance and repairs. Special thanks to Pablo , Natalie and Vladimir--so kind, professional, and helpful. They even arranged a rental car the same day I dropped off my vehicle. Highly recommend this shop! read more

I was referred to this place, even though it's an hour and a half away I gave it a shot. They said my truck would be ready in 2-3 weeks for parts replacement and paint. After 3 weeks it was ready, took it home and noticed sprits of paint all over one side and top of truck, I had to take it back. They fixed that BUT, since they replaced bumper, all the front sensors are way off and all over the place, they get triggered by nothing and sometimes don't even get triggered at all. It's been since May that I got it back and it's gotten so annoying but I don't know if it's worth it to take it back. read more

This location has been taken over by new management. I am very pleased with the work they did on my car. I worked with Dario who is so nice and helpful during my visit. He made me feel very comfortable and not over charged me for the work I needed for my car. He promised and delivered what he says he is going to do. My car looks brand new now. Very pleased with their level of work! I really like how clean the shop looks, everyone there is very professional and helpful. They did not disappoint me at all. I could have chose other shops around but I decided to go through them after searching around. I felt the most comfortable with them! You need to check this nice shop out! read more

Highly recommend Cali to take care of you & your auto body repair! Pablo ensured that my insurance carrier & Cali would handle all the repair business of my car's fender bender. Cali even provided the car rental on-site, and my car was ready in 2 weeks! This was great because, at the time, I was coordinating funeral arrangements for my family. Needless to say, Cali Auto Collision truly came through for me during a very tough time, and washed my car! Thank you Cali Auto & Pablo for all your help! read more

I have gone here 3+ times, and I will keep coming back! Their customer service is top of the line, and always keep your best interest in mind. They always return my car nicely washed too! They have recently also started having loaner cars, which is so convenient if your car requires a lot of work. They truly make your car repair as easy as possible, which is so needed especially when you have enough on your plate handling a car accident. Thank you so much Dario and team! read more

This place is the best! Somebody hit my parked car and ran away, but Pablo and Dario made everything okay! The car looks factory new! And I did not have to pay a dime! My car got hit in February and I picked L&S. They gave me the next available appointment to give me an estimate of the damages. Turns out they also work through Mercury so when I decided to push the claim they did everything through them. Their service on my 2014 Toyota Camry was amazing!! I met a few of the guys there and each one had amazing customer service! I got an email every day while my car was in the shop with letting me know the status. I have never left a yelp review but I felt like I really had to let anyone browsing through here how great they were! I picked up my Camry today and they even gave my car a wash and detailed the inside!!!! They didn't have to do that but that shows you how great they run their business!!! Thank you everyone at L&S for making the whole process a pleasant one ! read more

Wow!! That's all I have to say, they went above and beyond duty and even clean my car inside and out! Bob, thank you so much you all are Awesome!! I am a lifelong happy customer and will def recommend to you guys to everyone!! read more

I was able to use L& S 2 times and both times I was treated like a Queen. Jeff the owner had to deal with Geico which in itself is a challenge.. When I got my car back it was like it was brand new and it is a 2160 Scion IA. I would definitely recommend them as I think they are the best in the valley. read more

Danny was really helpful and my repair took 1 week. Super happy about that. Enterprise charged for 8 days instead of 7 which was weird and I still don't get that. But this shop was spot on. Will bring my other car here next time. read more

I was involved in a car accident and got sent to this place, best body shop ever!! I highly recommend!!

Went in for a preliminary estimate. They gave me an appointment for 2 days later. I went to two other shops the same day , no appointment , and the other shops took their pics / measurements same day within 10 mins. Also, the other shops felt modern . The receptionist lady here was efficient and polite so that's why I'm giving 3 stars. The location itself is terrible! It's hard to get in, there's a lot of traffic in front of their driveway. Stand still traffic. It's right in front of the Plant/ Regency Van Nuys where Babies R Us is located. read more

5-star is not enough for the service they gave me for my car. Everyone is so accommodating and helpful to customers, especially Danny, he always follows up and giving updates on the status of my car. Would definitely recommend this place to everyone I know read more

I want to thank everyone at L&S for their amazing customer service and what a great job repairing my car. It looks brand new again. It's unbelievable how quick the car was returned. I can't say enough about L&S, from first contact with Vanessa, the office manager, to estimators Bob and Jeff, to Raul the foreman and even Robert, who gave me a ride after dropping my car off. They all have great personalities, they are honest and they all seem to share the common goal of providing the best customer service possible. I've had two cars repaired by them and both times I've received the same great service. Everything about the process was clearly explained to me and the communication was great throughout. With the second car there was a problem with a replacement part, not because of L&S, but due to the insurance company's policy regarding repair vs. replacement. They were able to get the insurance company to replace a rebuilt part with a new one to solve the problem, and through the whole process listened to my concerns and treated me with respect and a smile. It was clear to me that their main concern was to make sure my car was repaired properly and that I was completely satisfied. That kind of attitude is rare to find these days. Many thanks to everyone at L&S for the great experience!!! read more

beware don't ever take your car to this place. I took my car 4 times and they did a bad job. I finally called allstate and had them take my car to get fixed else where. L& S collision's replaced some parts but they were broken parts. they people there are lazy and don't care about there customers. when I took my car to the other auto body shop they are the ones who showed me the bad job l & S had done. I can't believe a body shop that has been around so long doesn't go over the work their employees do. Bad service. I will never go back to this place. read more

I want to thank Jeff and everyone at L & S for doing an amazing job on my Traverse! You guys made this process easy for me and the customer service was top notch. These guys are awesome. Strongly recommended they got it done just when they said for the exact price and it looks great. Give them a try

Great body shop with a great staff. I have taken my car twice to them and they have left it looking brand new both times. Very friendly and hassle free. Highly recommend them read more

I want to say thank you everybody work in ls auto collision are so professional. Really nice. Thanks again....

The entire staff at L & S are amazing. I have brought in my car twice for repairs. Each time, they have taken very good care of me. From Vanessa, who is the first person you see, to Raul who handled the work on my car, and Jeff, one of the owners - they take pride in their work and are always taking their customer service one step further. I have never had to deal with my insurance or worry about having a rental car while they handle my repairs. Making sure I have a rental is not part of their job, but like I said, they take care of their customers. They take their time when dealing with me, they do the job right on my car, and they stand by their work. Most importantly, they always communicate with me on the status of the repairs and when I can expect my car back. I will always think of coming to L&S first and I recommend them to anyone who needs work done. read more

I was assisted by Raul, he was the one who looked over the damages of my car. He let me know Jeff was going to help me through my process which wasn't such a big issue since it wasn't a big damage & also it was ready within a few days of dropping it off. Their staff are very friendly & helpful. I'd recommend this place to anyone. read more

I was off today (12/21/2017) so I brought my car to L&S for an estimate. The front left was damaged by one of the USPS delivery van. The woman at the front desk told me I needed an appointment. I said...JUST TO GET AN ESTIMATE? She said yes & started to get some document to fill up with my appointment. I said NOPE. I can't come back 'cause today is my day off & that's why I am here, NOW. I left & proceeded to Pride Auto Body who were very willing & happy to give me an estimate, without APPOINTMENT. So L&S just lost a potential customer. read more
