I reached out in August to schedule our annual trimming and was told I'd receive a quote the next day. It took several follow-ups over several weeks before I received it, and when I replied right away to confirm and get on the schedule, I received no response. Then, out of the blue, I was contacted with a same-day availability that I simply couldn't accommodate. I was told I'd get a new date the following week, but I never heard back. I understand things can get busy, especially since they are contracted with the City of Burlingame for tree service, but as a residential customer, I would have appreciated more reliable communication and follow-through. I've since moved on to another company that was more responsive. I'm sharing this review in hopes it helps Timberline improve their residential customer service in the future, because they've long been a trusted local name.

However, this morning, I find myself meeting a team member from JMV Tree Service, who is a licensed arborist and very professional, and I asked him if he could remove a few trees for me.
