We had horrible luck with realtors in the past, so much so that we could spot one a mile away. The moment that we met Alisa and eventually her husband David, we were on the outs with our last incompetent realtor. Who knew that returning a call would lead us in just four short months to a lifetime of bliss? As a whole, we were pretty divided on where we wanted to settle in, and both Alisa and David were incredibly patient with us. As our opinion changed, their recommendations accommodated us. As anyone who has worked with ~self serving ~ salesmen will attest, this couple was not in it for the quick and easy sale. They went all in, for the long haul. It was weekly trips to three, four and up to five homes a trip. It was price checking mortgage rates and what our payments would be, answering concerns on insurance and quelling nerves when our offers were rejected. It seems fitting that this same couple took the time to come with us and review our final paperwork when we signed for our home. The notary was stupefied. When had we ever had this level of attention and care from our previous realtors? In all my days had we ever met a couple who care about doing their job right, and do it full of heart. Alisa assured us that any questions we had over the course of our home-owning lifetime, they would be there for us. I'm personally impressed that after our (my) level of intensity and question asking, she hasn't blocked my number yet. If you're looking for a straight-as-an-arrow, decent, hard working couple to take care of your real estate needs, you're home.

He worked incredibly hard to help us get the home we wanted, even when doing what was best for us meant making concessions of his own. He drove significant distances for us, was always proactive, and pleasant, and consistently made us feel like our purchase was important to him. What impressed us most was his character. He is honest, hardworking, patient, incredibly knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. We never felt pressured or like we were just another transaction. Buying a home can be stressful, but he made the entire experience feel seamless. We are incredibly grateful for everything he did for us and would recommend him without hesitation to anyone looking for a realtor who truly puts his clients first. 5 stars hardly do justice to the exceptional service he provided. There is a reason why I keep coming back, and he #1 on my list in a couple of decades when I sell again. In the meantime, I'll shout his professionalism, quick response times, and overall awesomeness to the world! Old review (12/16/2018): Daniel is hands-down the best realtor in the business. We have been looking on and off and even submitted 4 offers over the course of 2 years with no success. The exact day that we met with him, he took the time to explain the entire buying process in detail, answer our questions thoroughly, then scope out our home criteria on his search platform. I've never seen this cool software that narrows all of your criteria including hand drawn neighborhood zones. Once he got an idea of our style, we were looking at 4 houses that same day! Then, we had an offer in THAT NIGHT! It was incredible how well he tuned into what we wanted, because the last house he showed us (that we ended up buying) was not our original search list earlier that day. He was so efficient that we even closed earlier than our contingency duration that was set. We LOVED working with him. In addition to being in tune with us, what really attracted us is that he worked on our behalf and gave us great, honest, advice for offers/inspectors/etc.! We couldn't ask for anything more!!

He is my go to realtor and I would 100% recommend him.

I am just now in the process of moving out because I outgrew my office and got a space closer to home but am really hoping to continue to grow and go back at some point. Gary and Rossana are a bit laid back but it's always in the favor of the tenant (myself). The building is full of creatives and likeminded people and I connected with some pretty cool people shortly after moving in and never heard anything but positive things from them either. I'm definitely not calling the last person a liar, I don't know the circumstance or backstory but I can say I never once experienced anything from Gary or Rossana that ever made me feel even remotely like they couldn't be trusted. They told me what my rent was and that's what I paid every month, general office maintenance & requests never showed up on my bill and I never had any surprises. Overall, I love the vibe of this place and the people; what Gary has put together and Rossana keeps running so smoothly. Consider yourself lucky if you find a vacant office.
