They were sold out in 30 minutes, but the owner, Cat, posted they will be in the case again on Saturday. On Saturday, Cat's Cakes and Cafe's opened at 10:00am and I arrived about 9:55am; there were already a few people waiting for Cat's Cakes and Cafe's to open. At 10:00am, the sign went from closed to open. We all walked in and saw the labubu cakes in the case. There were two flavors-chocolate and confetti-and there was a blue, pink, and brown edible labubu picture. The mini 4" cakes were $10.00 each. The confetti mini cake was pretty good. I really liked the filling, but the icing was just a little too sweet for my own preference. And overall the design was spot on. It's perfect for any labubu lover. I had to get one for my friend who loves labubus as well. I spent a few minutes talking to Cat about some labubu blind boxes ideas. Cat was a pleasure to talk to and was very friendly. Besides the mini cakes, Cat's Cakes and Café offers a variety of specialty desserts made in-house, such as cakes, cupcakes, brownies, cookies and some drinks.

Right from the start, Lynne and her team were incredible to work with- we filled out details and provided examples of what we were looking for as inspiration, and everything turned out perfectly. They dropped everything off and set up our dessert table and decorations, and were flexible for returning cake stands and plates. They didn't have black ribbon so I added ribbon afterwards myself - fun tip. I wish the heart shape of the cake was more pronounced. The shape looked very circular and the frosting was off white, more light yellow looking (hard to tell in the pic cause I edited the color of the picture) the cake was delicious though so made up for this. The bakery is in a busy area of East Greenwich on Main Street. You can find street parking but be sure to go early if picking up during prime time.

They didn't look great in the case at Victorias though (not caramelized or crispy looking like they should be) I ordered a few anyway and they did not taste like Natas at all, maybe a very watered down version of Natas at best. Very weird. I live a few minutes away and came frequently when it was Matos all because of the Natas and the Eclairs. Unfortunately the only thing Victorias has in common with Matos is the building. I gave 2 stars because the girl at the front (maybe Cape Verdian?) was very helpful and had a great attitude. Also, the place was clean. Just a shame they don't have a Tia or something that teach them to make proper Natas. Now i need to drive to EP for quality. Hence 2 stars. (Sigh) On a side note... Just my 2 cents... I went in just to support the new business and was happy to see lots of good pastries there and some beautiful breads. I got a couple of Portuguese pastries and a chocolate chip cookie for Mike.
