I actually made an iced coffee with the coffee the next day and it was perfect! The cookie was so good too. It was soft and delicious. Plus it was a hot day so it was a little melty. You could barely taste any p.butter flavor in those cookies - maybe they aren't using a high quality p.butter??. I think they all have a bit too much flour added to them - I just read on the p.butter that they use both bread flour and cake flour which would explain it and they all need a touch of salt. Sorry - but I think they should go back to the drawing board on these.

I ordered a French meat pie, a Guinness beef pie, a chourico pie and a Portuguese roast pie (I wasn't sure what that is, but willing to try), I ordered them all frozen and ready to cook (they're in my freezer). Last time we tried the Guinness beef and French meat pies and they were both excellent! I also ordered a Bumbleberry pie which is a mixture of berries and it was delicious last time when we tried it.
