We also ordered a hot cappuccino that had whipped cream and caramel drizzle and it too, was a hit. The business is family owned and operated. The Auntie we met was sweet, friendly and welcoming. The sandwiches aren't cut, which made eating even more difficult as it was near impossible to bite through the crust. We ended up with a pile of soup/sauce on the napkins we had to put on the table under where we were eating. No plates are available. If I ordered a sandwich again, I would ask for minimal or no sauce. The cruffin was great, but again, very messy to eat. Ordering is at the counter (or online) and when the screen is flipped around, the screen shows a suggested tip over 20%. This is before even receiving your food. I couldn't find the no tip option and chose the lowest amount which was 15% or more. My total was over $40. If I stopped by again, I may buy a loaf to go and a chocolate croissant (to enjoy at home).
