I was very excited to try this place as cake is my absolute favorite…read more The cakes are not consistently good - the chocolate cupcake was extremely dry while the Chantilly cupcake was excellent. The lemon bar was quite good and the cherry pastry was amazing, but the margarita cupcake was dense and disappointing in flavor. My chicken salad wrap was okay but I didn't like all the tomatoes and onions, it gave the wrap a pico de gallo flavor and didn't pair with the sweet chicken salad at all. The breakfast burrito was *very* strange - my husband got the turkey one and it was literally just eggs, potatoes, and turkey lunch meat chunks in a tortilla. Dry, no salsa or anything at all. He said it was quite odd. The baked potato soup was a disgusting snot queso, not soup at all. I actually took it back, I rarely ever do that. The kids didn't like the ham in their lunch able, and I have say, neither did I. Quite disappointing. Come for sweets only I would say.

These bundt cakes are extremely moist and flavorful. They use a secret ingredient to make their…read morecakes better... they use sour cream! That's what helps make that amazing moisture. My Grandma use to use it in some of her cakes as well. It truly is a game changer! I love the cream cheese frosting and I never knew this, but you can also request extra frosting. Some of the flavors are Chocolate Chocolate Chip (my fav), Vanilla, lemon blueberry, snickerdoodle, carrot cake, red velvet, lemon etc. They also have a gluten free chocolate chip cookie. This is a great place to get a quick birthday surprise for loved one. They have " tower" Bundt cakes where they stack up to three cakes and make them look all cute and fun by wrapping them in cellophane and it decorating it. Also comes with a card. Speaking of birthdays, they do make birthday cakes, they have balloons, candles, fun party stuff. In the store, they also have a little boutique type feel, where they sell cute gifts and cards. They also always offer a free sample of their white chocolate popcorn. You can sign up for their emails and they will send you a free coupon for a birthday Bundt cake of your choice when it's your special day! Getting on the email is worth it because they run specials and send coupons as well. This location is by Crumbl cookie and if you were planning to get your cookie on... if I was you, I would get a Bundt cake instead. Your welcome *wink

I ordered a birthday cake for my mother for delivery. Delivery was supposed to occur at 2:00 p.m…read more on her birthday. I paid online, including the delivery charge. Instead of the cake, I got a call at 4:00 p.m. saying that the cake wasn't going to be delivered and that the store was closed. The employee offered delivery the next morning but that would have been after her birthday so I declined. No one at the store would deliver even though my mother's home was just a couple of miles away. (I couldn't get it because I live out of town and the cake was meant to be a surprise gift). The employee also said that no one could deliver a cake except the delivery driver (that seemed like a line of bull). She blamed the failure on the delivery driver which meant that the employees let the cake sit around for two hours knowing that it wasn't going to be delivered. The employee said that she would have her manager call me the next day but that never happened. The cancelled the order and gave me a refund as if that was providing good service. My impression was that the employees just didn't give a damn.

You get multiple servings, which makes it perfect for small gatherings or when you just want a little bit of everything. The only thing to note is that the presentation is not the same as ordering a full cake, but that is expected with a Too Good To Go order. The value more than makes up for it. The shop itself is hard to miss. The exterior is colorful and inviting, and once you walk in, the space is clean, bright, and thoughtfully designed. There is colorful seating that feels perfect for casual cake tastings or even photos. The display cases are visually appealing and make choosing a cake feel like part of the experience. The staff was friendly and attentive right away, greeting me as soon as I walked in and helping me quickly. Every slice I tried was moist and flavorful. The strawberry cake especially stood out and reminded me of something you would get from Nothing Bundt Cakes, with that same soft texture and balanced sweetness. I would definitely return, and I would consider them for birthdays or special occasions.

She has a friendly, bubbly personality. It would be helpful if the items had description tags so I didn't have to keep asking what flavor something was. In June, we ordered an expensive cake for my 60th birthday. Unfortunately, the moment we cut into it, it completely fell apart. It was literally mush. Instead of serving slices, we had to scoop it onto everyone's plate with a spoon. It was incredibly disappointing, especially for such a special milestone birthday. Then this morning, I stopped in for a sausage roll, and it was just as disappointing. It was overcooked, and the bottom of the bun was so hard it was inedible. We're sad to say that after these experiences, my husband and I will be finding another bakery going forward.
