If you read nothing else, please do yourself a favor and try the lemon iced butter cookie here. It is my overall, consistent favorite. It is perfect. I've never special ordered for any occasion, just walked into the storefront on a whim--well, once for an emergency Thanksgiving pie, thank goodness they still had a couple left. Muffins, cookies, slices of amazing cakes, chocolate chip banana bread, and that one fabulous pecan pie I mentioned. Today I shared a huge whoopie pie the size of my face with some co-workers and they all went nuts. So worth trying! Tasty flavors, friendly employees, consistently good product, tons of parking.

I came in here on a whim and I had an absolutely wonderful experience! I met the owner, Susan, and…read moreshe was very kind and explained every type of pastry they had since it was my first time. She gave me a sample of her favorite cookie and a sample of the flan she and her friend are selling for a limited time The flan was absolutely phenomenal with the perfect amount of sweetness and a soft, creamy texture. The cookie I sampled had an amazing consistency and not overly sweet, just perfect for coffee! Neither tasted stale or old either. She told me they sell fresh tortillas every morning, only $4 for a pack, and another customer told me how delicious they are so I'll be back to try it out. I bought 3 cookies and 3 pastries that came out to $8! An amazing price these days so not sure why other reviews think it's overpriced. I definitely recommend checking it out

Brooke not only took the order but she assured me that I wasn't bothering her with my last minute order and even threw in some extra goodies at no cost only because I assume she is amazing I was kept informed the whole process from the time she bought everything she needed for my order to the confirmation that my husband picked up and was on his way home with my amazing order. Then the unboxing of my gorgeous order was nothing short of phenomenal, the time she put into the packaging is unseen these day. The attentionto detail she had made the order even better. Not only did she give me some extra special treats with my order it came with a hand written note of appreciation FOR ME!!! What other company does that?? Close to no one!!! I will be placing more orders in th future when I need to make sure someone knows they are loved If you don't order you loved ones gifts from Treasure Treats your not showing how much you love them.

What started out as a quest to find the best old-fashioned Carrot-cake for Easter ended up as the…read morebiggest disappointment of the year. With over fifty years in the foodservice business I have had the pleasure of serving some of the finest restaurants in the country. That also means tasting some of the finest foods served by these restaurants. My favorite cake ever, was a carrot cake with cream cheese frosting made by the Pub Restaurant Group in the Pacific Northwest. They used toasted fresh ground spices, finely grated carrots, crushed pineapple, broken walnuts, brown sugar a little orange zest and oil instead of butter. It was always the most delicious, moist cake with flavor that lasted all night. So this Easter I ordered Carrot Cake from Pennington Cakes, was assured of the quality and ingredients used. Even assured of crushed pineapple for extra moistness. Placing the order I was convinced that the $55.00 was well spent. Well I hate to say the cake was a complete disaster. The cake was a stale fall apart dry crumbly mess with a non-cream cheese sweet gooey frosting. It was not edible. Thank God I made an Apple cake for non cream cheese lovers. It saved the day. When I called to discuss this with the owner, he nastily dismissed me as a second hand complainer with little knowledge compared to his many years in the baking business. I wonder how many different names and places he has used to stay in business this long. CROSS THIS PLACE OFF THE LIST AND NEVER COME BACK.
