But this time the cook comes busting out yelling at me, kinda menacing, and the manager makes him back off. She tells the blond counter attendant who came out to protest to also just let it go. The blond counter waits for her to go home and then rips my brother a new hole. So she waits for the manager to leave to disobey her, and to the wrong person? No restaurant I ever worked at puts up with that...

The kitchen staff at this location has absolutely failed every single time. I've given them a chance. The mixups in the orders are so ridiculous. I don't even think I'll have enough room on this comment to appropriately lay it out. Whether the burritos aren't even rolled, they're just kind of folded or the order is completely mixed up with a combination of both of the people that made the order for example, just now I ordered a brisket burrito with jalapeños and onions and my wife ordered a brisket burrito with just cheese and something else on it. Well, they somehow mixed it up and put some onions on one some and then jalapeños on another, but not the other and many things have happened like this ever since I started using this sheets. Management needs to really tune these guys up because I know she has better quality and service in many other locations.

We needed…read moresome beer for me and White Claw for Becky to take back to our friends' house where we were staying. Sheetz, for those who don't know, like we didn't, is a damn near everything store. Gas station, convenience store and made-to-order fast food restaurant. The store we visited on W. Maple in Hartville was impeccably clean and the employees friendly and courteous. They were out of the Becky's preferred flavor of White Claw, but oh well. The walk-in cooler was totally cool (pun intended). Despite not having Black Cherry White Claw, Sheetz had a very nice and varied selection of beer and seltzers. No booze though, as this was not a "State Store", something we learned about while in Ohio. Surprisingly beer and seltzer prices were actually higher than we typically see at home in San Diego. Curiously 24 seems to be the maximum case quantity of beer. No 30 or 36 packs to be found. Since when did Tecate become a "premium" import? LOL!
