Their upstairs restaurant is great for brunch or date night, but the downstairs food section is a hidden gem for a quick, nourishing meal. Huge shoutout to Janine, the sales associate, who helped me find exactly what I was looking for--she was so kind and caring. The booze selection is awesome! They are always stocked with lots of variety and hard to find items so whoever is the buyer for that section, keep it up! :) I also love the salad bar, and bringing some food from there or grabbing some from the cafe, and eating on that rooftop when the weather is nice? Heaven! Honestly the only reason I docked a star is the front end staff are pretty miserable, but I've worked in retail for years so I can understand it can be hard to find hardworking *and* pleasant people to employ. It is what it is lol The employees in the cafe are great and all of the things I've ordered have been great as well! I'll keep coming back for as long as this place is open! p.s. I love the coupons offered!

They have some gluten-free food items, some refrigerated. Their selection of vitamins is astounding, different caps and herbs from all over the world (i'm partial to the Swedish Bitters when I can't get my normal ones, though they're an expensive import and it's reflected in the price.) They also carry a selection of locally-made and organic products, things like dental products, shaving accessories and plenty of soaps. Finally, they've got a sweet selection of various candy, lots of licorice (the REAL Zotz included.) If I was a healthier person, i'd probably appreciate this store a lot more, but from my health-guru best friend, this place is da bomb.
