The service building has 3 bays for big-rig repair, and like all T/As in North America, it seems they are always running service and tire specials. The Country Pride restaurant is spacious and has a full menu to choose from. I have dined there twice recently and found the food to be fairly priced and of adequate quantity. The trucker's/convenience store was well supplied. The restroom facility was clean.

Today I was cleaning up my drafts and I decided that this one deserved to see publication. So, flashback: I bought a few packs of nuts never thinking that they would not be gluten-free. When I went to return them I realized I had no receipt-- but I did have them in a bag and I used a card and I scanned rewards etc. The cashier insisted that she would not take them back because I "probably just stole" them. I was on a DoorDash pickup so I tossed the bag on the counter and said "just keep them." She complained about me and I was deactivated. That same employee ended up harassing me at a restaurant. "See !$&@!, I hurt you." She said to us as David and I sat at First Watch. I stared at her before I said "Thank You." The amazing thing is that I had only great things to say about this location. I would like to preface this by saying that my family and I have been members of Froggy's for…read moreyears. I've never had an issue with them until yesterday. Upon leaving after having my car washed, I noticed my low tire pressure light turned on. After driving home, I noticed that there was a small metal rod that was pushed into the side of my tire near the rim. Before entering Froggy's, my tire was completely fine. It dawned on me that the tire shine machine they have spins on that spot of your tire, so it had to have been a loose part that shoved into my tire. I noticed that the tire shine machine looked bent/broken right before I went through it as well. After contacting Froggy's, I was told a manager would be in contact with me regarding the issue. I never heard back from a manager. All I got was an email from one of their workers saying he had discussed it with his boss and that they don't think the damage came from the car wash. Is the manager that busy that he couldn't contact me? I did not go anywhere else after leaving there.. I would take legal action, but it is too trivial because it's just a tire. I have paid $30/month for years now and have given them my business along with referring many family members and friends to them. I even considered working here as well.. After this incident, I am canceling my subscription with them and letting others know about this as well
