I called in and set up an appointment to have a leaky tire repaired. I stated that I thought it…read moremight be a valve stem but I wanted the tire checked to make sure before the valve stem was replaced. I signed up for my appointment and dropped the van off. A few days later the tire was low again. I called in to try and find out what happened and was told by Mr. "I'm the son of the owner" that he did the repair and on the order it said 'no diagnostics, replace valve stem.' I said that made me upset because I deliberately said to check the cause first. He said it was my fault because the guy I talked to on the phone is not a part of their service team, he only does the gas station. The son of the owner said it was my fault for not telling the service people when I dropped the van off what it was I wanted done. He said that calling in for my appointment is not when I am supposed to tell them what I want done because there is not enough room in their system to write down what it is the customer is requesting. The son of the owner also kept interrupting me on the phone and told me quote "You are wasting my time."
