The steak was cooked a minute past perfect medium rare, but close enough. Still, I NEVER use Steak Sauce, but I did add some Bulliard's Steak Sauce that was on the table. Not really impressed with the steak's pre-cook seasoning. Steak Sauce: Bulliard's Steak Sauce is similar to A1 Steak Sauce, but more Smokey and less acidic. Service: Prompt, friendly, efficient, and attentive. Great! Ambiance: It's a HUGE place with many booths, tables, and seats at the bar.
