Despite, being a second time mom, I was taken aback how similar but also different babies were. I had some feeding issues with my daughter especially at the beginning, which I had never even imagined with my first. I really loved the fact that Dr. D was all about the well-being of my baby, but also me as a mother. Two areas of improvement I feel they could make is with their receptionist. If they could be more proactive about booking the next appointment upon parents walking out the door, this would be really helpful. Sometimes we forget about our next appointment, and then when we call back it is difficult to book as slots get filled up fast. Another area that I would really appreciate would be the time management. The wait time I've had averaged about 30-45 minutes after my scheduled time. And sometimes with a fussy baby or a cranky toddler, I run out of resources for entertainment!

I think we've seen every doctor in the office at some point and have had great experiences with every one of them.
