I've been through my share of pediatricians, and Dr. Schramm is truly one of a kind! We've been with her for almost 6 years, and I can't imagine trusting anyone else with my child's care. She's incredibly knowledgeable, always up to date on the latest developments, and has an amazing way of easing our fears as parents. What feels like an emergency to us...she handles with calmness, care, and clarity, always taking the time to explain things in a way that makes you feel safe and heard. What I especially appreciate is her cultural humility. She's thoughtful, respectful, and well-versed in the health needs of African-American children. That kind of intentional, informed care is rare and it means so much. On top of that, she's so accessible. I've called or messaged many times (never expecting an immediate response), but she always responds quickly and kindly. Truly amazing and so personable! Dr. Schramm we thank you for all that you do! read more

Dr. Schramm is the most special doctor I have ever met. She is empathetic, kind, takes her time to examine your kids and puts her patients first. I still remember how she had us come to her home during the weekend (not work hours) to examine my daughter. She is truly a gem and anyone that crosses her path is so lucky. read more

I recommend and brag about Dr. Schramm any chance I can get. She is the most thorough, patient, gentle and kind pediatrician out there. She will take and return your calls immediately any time of day and will spend hours educating parents on whatever the topic is. She is a gift to medicine and I cannot recommend her enough! read more

Very kind, and informative. Will take time to talk to you even if others are waiting... but also keep that in mind in the waiting room. She is very smart and health oriented which is great. She treats kids gently and is VERY patient!!! My favorite part is that she is available IF NEED BE by phone after hours and even can come in for rare weekend emergencies that don't require urgent care or ER. read more

We have been seeing Dr. Schram since 2006 for all 3 of our kids whcih range in age from 12-16. She is always there for us, 24 hours a day, and always attentive. Our family highly recommends her as a doctor you can trust! read more

Our family has been going to Dr. Schramm for the last couple years. She is extremely kind and a very intelligent doctor. She is amazing at responding when we call with questions about current sicknesses. Very through at well visits. All of her staff is so nice and kind whenever we are in office or over the phone. I've truly never had any problems with this office, not even with billing. We originally found this office because we went from having a great PPO plan to having to switch to an HMO to save money. We had to switch all of our doctors, as a lot don't accept HMOs. My husband and I had the absolute worst time finding doctors and specialists for ourselves, but am so thankful that we found Dr. Schramm. After our bad experiences with our HMO doctors I was so worried we would be stuck with a pediatrician we didn't exactly like but were forced to stay with. Wow was I wrong. So wrong that we are back to a PPO this year and are staying with Dr. Schramm, even though we loved the office we came from. She's a mom herself (4 beautiful children I believe) and I fully trust and believe that if there was anything serious and concerning with either one of our boys health she wouldn't hesitate to let us know and not minimize the problem. You can really tell the she has that mothers intuition with everyone. You can tell she's the kind of doctor you would want on your team during an emergency. Yes the parking is expensive under the building, street parking can be tough, but it's LA so it's expected. I just try to leave earlier to plan for circling for parking and have had to park below before it's usually about $10 for a typical visit. If you have time for the short walk (and don't have stroller, multiple kids to wrangle) there's usually plenty of street parking across Olympic. read more

Not only the best pediatrician, dr. Schramm is the best person I know! She has been my kids pediatrician for 7 years. When I have an emergency outside office hours, dr Schramm is a phone call away! I have never waited more than 10-15 min for a call back from her- no matter what time or what day! Recently, I was in between insurances, and can't believe she took the time to answer my emergency call and even let me do an office visit the following day!!! With her, it's not about money, it's her passion to help and educate her patients. During the past 7 years, I learned so much from her since she takes her time explaining everything and make it so basic for everyone to understand. I just have so much respect for this dr. I am not a person who is easily pleased, but dr Schramm exceeds my expectations all the time. I wish her and her beautiful family the best in life. read more

Once again Dr. Schram helped us in a scary situation. While traveling out of town our 4 year old had another night time scare with breathing asthma issues due to what started as a cough. At midnight dr. schram returned my call within 20 minutes and was phoning in the prescription minutes afterword. Thank you Dr Schram for helping to keep our kids safe and rebounding back to health in yet another scary situation. If anybody wants to hear why I would recommend her to anyone please feel free to call my cell phone 323 365-7489 read more

Dr. Schramm truly cares about every infant, baby , toddler, and child she treats. Love her so much. There's no other doctor out there like her. read more

She has been our son's doctor since Summer of 2017 when we moved to L.A., and she became our daughter's when she was born in 2019. Our daughter was born at Cedars-Sinai and she came in early morning to check up on her. She is always available whenever there were emergencies (in our mind- always turned out to be nothing major). Good Covid-19 protocol at the office so we felt safe. We moved to Porter Ranch 8 months ago, went to a pediatrician nearby (not bad, but in comparison... nope) once and decided that for our kids, driving 45 min to an hour to see Dr. Schramm is worth it. read more

The most amazing pediatrician I have ever encountered. I did my research on many, before giving birth, I also interviewed many. Her office staff and her are literally the most amazing you will ever meet. Either Dr. Schramm or her office will always get back to you when you call within an hour or at the very worst by end of day. They will always fit you in and do not charge you if/or should you ever be late or have to miss an appointment. There is never a wait for your appointment. Best of all is Dr. Schramm's approach to children and also their parents. For first time parents who are clueless and worried about everything she is amazing. Attentive and will call back within 20 minutes after hours and emergency calls. You can count on her. At each visit she also educates you on what to expect next so that you don't worry and are more prepared. She is patient and understanding and just an overall definition of what it is to be a great pediatrician. I wouldn't change her for the world but had to when I moved to Salt Lake City and I'm truly disappointed about the caliber of doctors and how no one else will compare. Don't look any further, if you're looking for an extremely knowledgeable, experienced and passionate pediatrician, Dr. Schramm is it! read more

My five year-old daughter has been a patient of Dr. Schramm since she was born, and we couldn't be happier. I'll never forget how Dr. Schramm had us bring our three day old daughter to her house on a Sunday, so she could check her for jaundice and make sure she was doing okay. How many doctors do that??? The few times we've needed to call her over the weekend she's always called us back promptly; giving advice and calling in scripts as needed. She is very kind and gentle with our daughter and we've never had to wait too long to see her for our scheduled appointments. Most importantly, our daughter is happy, and healthy. read more

Dr. Schramm is so wonderful and smart. And most importantly patient. She will return your calls at any time. Dr. Schramm is careful and thorough but will not waste your time sending you to urgent care for symptoms that are common and easily treatable. Our Penelope is in good hands with her and we are so lucky to have her as our pediatrician! read more

This woman is g-d's gift to medicine, children, and their worried parents. She is so thorough in her examinations and explanations of everything.... from a cold to why your kid won't sleep at night. She is attentive and you can tell that she absolutely loves what she does. Her knowledge and ability to express it is so rare and is so appreciated by my husband and I. So glad to have found her. I took my son to Dr. Schramm this morning for the first time. We love her. Even my 10yo son told me he wanted her to be his new doctor, and I had been trying to find a new MALE pediatrician since my boys are getting older thinking they would feel more comfortable talking about some things with a guy doctor. We were switching doc's due to location issues even though we like our old one. It's just too far to keep driving there. Dr. Schramm was very caring, attentive, polite, personable, and helpful. She even sent me some info about an inherited condition I have that I am trying to learn as much about as I can, especially since it's passable to my kiddos. Her office staff is polite, and her waiting room is the most kid-friendly and clean one I've ever seen at a doctor's office. Taking my other 2 yahoos to her from now on as well. The parking situation is easy and free as well. Highly recommend. read more

Wonderful pediatrician! Had to make a switch after moving insurance companies and loved our last pediatrician -- Dr. Schramm is on an equal par! Great with our son, patient, kind, and approachable. Shows genuine interest even in small details and concerns. Quite laid back, but on top of things. Had to use the on-call number once, and it was quickly returned at 7am. Love it. read more

Dr. Schramm is a spectacular pediatrician - the best I have ever encountered. She caught my son's cholesteatoma (a growth hidden behind the ear drum) in a routine physical before it severed his facial nerve (which it was about to do). None of the surgeons we saw subsequently could believe that our pediatrician had picked this up. We are truly grateful for her expertise, her skill, and her immense devotion to her patients. read more

We were so sad when we had to move away from Dr. Schramm. We were only with her for a few months, but she was amazing. She provided excellent care for our son and did a great job of explaining his medical problems in a way that we could understand, including drawing diagrams for us (something the perinatalogist didn't really do). She was kind and easy to talk to. She frequently called us at home to go over any updates or changes with our son's condition, and really listened to our concerns when we had any. Dr. Schramm coordinated between the urologist and the imaging lab on our behalf, which made everything so much easier to deal with and manage. When we moved, she gave us a thorough medical history, including all ultrasound results and meetings with our son's urologist, for us to give to our new doctor at no extra cost to us. We also really liked the support staff. They were all very friendly and easy to work with. We highly recommend Dr. Scramm! read more
