A good-sized neighborhood park with 2 small basketball courts, 2 tennis courts, a BBQ area, and a big grassy area. They are also next to a baseball field and there is a paved area that you can use for a walk or run that goes around the field and the park. It was not busy and it was an enjoyable evening.

Flooded toilet area and toilet paper. Health hazard.

July 17,2021 First time here, no one empties garbage can. It was so full garbage overflowed. The women's bathroom was awful, sink overflowing and floors Disgusting. Horrible.

This is a nice City park that also just happens to be less than a 1/4-mile from my new digs. It's got all the amenities one can hope for in a City park: 1) Playground & Tot Lot 2) Big grassy fields to stretch the little one's legs on 3) BBQ & picnic areas 4) Adjacent to a baseball field in case you have 17 friends with you and feel like an improv softball game 5) Restrooms are a little "Meh", but most City park restrooms are these days. 6) Basketball courts: 1 Full Court and 3 Half-Court 7) Tennis courts (x2) 8)Also there seems to be a nice steady flow of Ice Cream Vendors on hot, sunny days. So, bonus points for that! All-in-all a really nice park to come and kill a few hours and wear out the little ones at the end of the day, or meet up on the weekends with some friends and have a nice picnic.

This is a nice park to let the kids run rampid and burn off energy. There's a tot area as well as a big kid area. This park has plenty of activities to do including tennis courts, basketball courts, soccer areas, and a baseball area.

This is the picture of the open field. There isn't any shade. Brutal in summer!

Large grassy area. Cute playground for toddlers and kids under 12. Plenty of picnic tables and bbq pits in the shade.

What kind of park has a zipline?!? THIS ONE. Two seating options, one with a harness for toddlers,…read morethe other for older kids (I even saw adults using this). The park also offers a fun and inclusive space for children, with climbing structures, sturdy cement slides, swings for both toddlers and older youth, a see-saw, merry-go-round, trampoline, and spongy material making up the ground's surface. The occasional squirrel, lizard, and butterfly too. As an adult simply looking for a place to relax while waiting for my car at an auto shop nearby, I was pleasantly surprised to find this park accommodating. Dirt and concrete trails weaving through the garden, lovely vegetation in spring, and a good amount of picnic tables and benches scattered throughout. Also, a shady area with fake grass and seats made out of smoothed-out logs and tree trunks, as well as adirondack chairs where I was able to hang out and nap while I was there. It wasn't too crowded or crazy on a Friday morning, though it got busier as it neared noon time. In addition, the place offers a parking lot and clean restrooms for convenience.

The play garden has everything kiddos love -- slides, one seesaw, one round spinner, one rope climbing thing (that can also spin), swings (bucket and standard), small water play area, and a Zipline (one for little kids 3+ and one for older kids). They also have an area with tables, where someone was having a party (no idea if reservations are needed though). Expect to wait in line for a turn of the park is crowded. The play garden is fenced off from the rest of the park. They have a restroom on site. They have a small parking lot that is nearby the entrance of the play garden. I noticed some people parked on a smaller side street and walked over. I'm not sure what other parking options there are otherwise. We would return if we're in the area again and if it's less busy. It's a solid park and play area for those who live nearby.

Such a beautiful park!!…read more I've had Delano Manongs Park bookmarked for quite some time and as time passed, I honestly forgot about this place. With an upcoming play date planned between myself and a gf, I was happy that this particular park was picked for our meet up. First things first, this park is MASSIVE! Delano Manongs Park is broken into 10 parts- YES, I SAID 10!! This includes a small and large dog park, multiple gardens, a fitness station, and a number of play structures to keep all your little munchkins happily occupied. The park is very well kept, the restrooms are very doable, and with its large size, there isn't that congested feeling you get with other locations. On top of the many perks, there is a large field to kick or throw around a few balls. The only flaw- and might I add that it is a big one- is the lack of actual shade. Your relief from the sun's powerful rays is limited to the gazebo where the benches are or using the large flower structures as a shield. 5/5 stars all in all. This is lots of fun for kids of all ages.

Such a fun, spacious, and beautiful park!…read more I stumbled across this gem due to being in the nearby area. It just so happened to be right after Easter weekend and the plentiful garbage bins were 100% overflowing. With that said, the parks still came off quite tidy. Park visitors clearly made the effort to throw things away in appropriate areas and overflowed garbage bags were placed right along the bathroom building. City workers stopped by shortly after and BAM!! Everything was cleared and cleaned. Doerr Park comes recommended for children of all ages. There is a kiddy area and a more advanced play structure for the older kids in your life. The structure provides a lot of American Ninja Warrior vibes as opposed to your basic swing set and slide. 5/5 stars. This park is so bomb!!!

The playground is divided by a smaller playground for the little kids and a larger playground for the bigger kids. The kids I take care of love to come here and climb and go down the slides. They prefer this park over the one by their house in Willow Glen. The restrooms are decent. There's always toilet paper, soap and paper towels. There's lots of picnic tables--some covered, some not. There's lots of nice walking/biking paths around the park. There are also tennis courts which people are always using for pickleball. Also basketball courts. Tons of grassy fields to run around. There isn't a parking lot for this park but plenty of street parking.
