This pet shop has been giving me the run around for 2 months and refuses to reimburse medical bills for 2/3 huge health conditions that began 5 days after purchase! They only reimbursed $127 for ear infection while I have paid $3,000 in medical bills to cure his bacterial respiratory infection and gastrointestinal parasitic infection. (which took 2 months to cure) The pet shop informed me that i cannot request reimbursement for symptoms if there is no cure/diagnosis... so i only requested for the ear infection. A few weeks later i had a diagnosis for his diarrhea and cough and the owner (Shawn) said that the store rep misinformed me and asked that i send all the medical notes/bills in person in order to rectify this issue. But today she is telling me its past the 10 days and she cannot do anything... they are scammers!!!!!! I sent all the paperwork in-person like she asked and after 2 weeks of trying to locate her, she called me screaming, blaming the vets for misdiagnosing him and calling me a liar about previously calling the pet shop who gave me misleading information. She was upset that my puppy's symptoms took so long to cure, she said he shouldn't have been given a weaker antibiotic for the cough before the stronger one that cured him. She also said his parasitic giardia infection has nothing to do with the diarrhea he had since i got him.... she pretends to know more than the vets and blames everyone to avoid taking responsibility. She continued to say nothing can be done since it took weeks for a diagnosis after she told me symptoms before the 10 days were enough. Everyone there gives different information and then the owner pretends to rectify the issue before attacking you! She hung up on me after screaming at me the entire time. I will be taking legal action... DO NOT BUY PUPPIES FROM BROOKSIDEPUPS! Shawn does not care about their clients or puppies.

If reptiles are their specialty they should stick to them. Birds especially need clean air and environments. They should lead by example of what good bird care looks like. Very rude, if he was the owner.... Also because smell of ammonia due to pee off the rodents that they sell. It burns though my nose like acid.
