Once I decided to utilize their services, Sitters4Critters were in constant communication with me finalizing all the arrangements. On the day of the transport, they confirmed they picked up the puppy and were waiting for my flight to arrive. They headed to the cell phone lot to walk him and try to feed him. I texted them when my flight landed and shortly afterwards met them and my new puppy! And the following morning they contacted me to ask how my flight home with the puppy went. They loved all the attention she lavished on them including plenty of time playing in the yard. How do I know? PICTURES! Nicole posted photos on the PetCheck app almost every day. I knew through the app when she arrived, saw my happy fur kids playing in the yard and then knew when Nicole left because she would check out. While it was a well set up place I was pretty disappointed in the man at the front desk requesting I put my dog in the car during the tour. I did remind him that it was 80* out and that would be dangerous. He seemed unbothered by it. A man was outside shoveling, when Eric pulled up to the property and proceeded to YELL & CURSE at my husband telling him to STOP CALLING his wife and telling him to pull over and wait. FIRST OF ALL, who the hell is gonna pull over and wait for you to GIVE YOU BUSINESS when you come at them screaming and cursing about calling?! NOT only that acting as if my husband was calling his wife for anything other then information about the kennel. We JUST FOUND THIS PLACE, we did not know these people. SO WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Wouldn't trust them to watch a fish. If this is how they treat a protentional customer, I can't imagine how they treat the animals in their care.

Explained everything to us clearly, with assurances, and made a follow up appt. We made a follow up appt. that we had to cancel, and they were very accommodating to make another. Unfortunately, Jambi didn't make it to the follow up, and I called to cancel. The person on the call was extremely kind and empathetic. Then, unexpectedly, the vet called to express condolences. These were specific (NOT generic) comments, and I really, really appreciated it.

My 1 cat had a parasitic infection and that was treated properly. Given meds and pills for me to administer for a few days. Not easy to do. I asked if I could bring him back so the tech can give him the pill. They said yes, but it would be $50. I was like, are you serious? So I had to suck it up at home and do myself which was a chore to say the least. Then, when I went to pick up the flea/tick meds a few months later the price increased. I said I was just there a few months ago and you raised the prices?! I informed them that this is not a wealthy area and their prices are insane. The place is clean, I will say that, but refusing to administer a vaccination bc the cat would need to be tested for the disease 1st was ridiculous.....more $$$$. I found a much better vet. 2 cats, 2 exams, vacs on 1 and the total was $244. When I had asked for the notes of their visit at White Haven Vet I noticed that they wrote practically everything I said when I checked-out. Kind of weird and unsettling. Made me feel like I was in a court of law. If you have deep pockets, by all means go here.
