It's a tasting menu and the menu reads thusly:
1. belly of pig, tar, cumin, horseradish - It was a lettuce wrap with pork belly---- fabulous! Crisp tasty morsels of pork belly in a heavenly sauce on a lettuce leaf.
2. Green tomatoes, scallops, celeriac, smoke - Wow! A translucent large Scallop in a mild flavorful sauce.
3.nasturtium, raw beef, smoked mackerel , charred onion - yum, tasty marinated thin strips of beef.
4.roasted point cabbage, cod, almond, spruce shoots, chanterelles - the weakest of the fine entries.... still... very good.
then the desserts
5. la age, lemon, rhubarb, friend milk ---- fried milk? I'm now a fan.
6. raspberry, yoghurt, sea salt, olive oil - olive oil in the dessert works..who would have known?
