We came in for the Neopets promotion and ordered the "Aisha" bubble tea. It was just the right amount of sweet, with fresh, soft boba with just the right amount of chewiness. The counter folk were friendly and when we asked to buy the promotional blind box we were informed that they were sold out but they let us buy the display item which really made my day! I'll for sure be back, even though it's a bit out of my way.

The decor was Arabic/middle eastern with pops of color. There were many seating areas including outdoors. The service was decent. The girl working wasn't overly friendly but wasn't rude either - but she was using her phone between helping us. I ordered the Qamaria latte which was lovely and not too sweet. My daughter enjoyed the strawberry smoothie and said it was one of the better ones she has had. My husband liked his brown sugar latte. We didn't have much time to spend as we were grabbing things to go before heading out of town. I think it would be nice to order and enjoy while there but that means we'll have to stop in again on our next visit to Fresno. If you're looking for something different from other (ahem, mainstream) coffee shops then you'll have to try this place! Also, all the desserts were fabulous. Small critique is using the small nugget ice--they just melt faster and water down the drink if you're a sipper. The guy at the counter was also helpful, and of course the interior is to die for. I don't believe they grind them for you there as I did not ask so my beans were whole beans, but they also sell a fancy grinder a bag cups, another swag there. There's parking on the street with no meters with a two hour parking limit. It might be hard if you are in a wheelchair, but if you go around to a driveway, you can roll up in.

A lot of places buy their coffee for their restaurants and you can buy it here in containers or even large bags. They have it laid out when you walk in and there's a fresh coffee smell! GREAT!
