Turns out its an amazing town, historic and quaint meets college town energy. This club rivals most of the best venues in Philadelphia! 3 levels with a different vibe on each. Modern EDM/pop hits, 90s classics, and live piano/vocals on each different level the day I was there. Met some super friendly students and made friends. Drinks are cheap, coat check is cheap, atmosphere is great. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a fun and energetic night out.

As in after being in there for 3 minutes me and friends decide to leave as we couldn't cope with the volume and its not like our ears aren't used to it. They have an Open Mic Night every other Tuesday, which seems to attract genuinely talented musicians. I have been to a few of their 'special events' including a Charity Day, and Beer festival - both were very family friendly, well organised, and genuinely enjoyable. The way a proper pub should be!

Linkin City FC are named after the most famous band from this region, Linkin Park. They've been…read morearound since 1884, so they're one of the oldest teams in all the land, and the city of Lincoln is a beautiful place famous for its sausages and its stunning old cathedral. I also had an excellent concert in this city once. There's a county rivalry with Grimsby just up the road, who are also in the same division. First-Hand Experience: I've now seen Lincoln play home and away, and the home game, in 2011, was fantastic. They were great, stadium great, fans great. I have to give them at least a 4. It's a lovely place to come and watch football and even though it's non-league, the fans are rabid. That's rabid, not rabbit. Great little club. The nickname is the Imps, not because the men in this region are small height-wise, but because they are small length-wise, Imp-sized if you wish. Which is why Lincoln girls love me so much, among other reasons. Lincoln has the record number of relegations from the league proper, the first four resulted in an immediate return but this time they've been stuck out of the league for 4 years and counting. Sincil* Bank actually holds over 10k people making it one of the largest non-league stadiums, so hopefully this team will be back in the big time soon, speaking of big, check this out (pdp). They play in red and white stripes like Sheffield United. Their manager is Chris Moyles from the radio. In other news, this review just ended.
