    Avocado toast

I had this place on my to do list for a while now and I finally decided to stop in with a friend for coffee and lunch. It's not a big place but it was busy! The line went by quickly and I saw so many people eating food that looked really good. It was hard to make a choice but I decided on the vintage turkey panini with tomato soup, while my friend ordered the avocado toast. It was a nice day so we sat outside on one of the few tables. It feels cozy sitting outside. They brought our food to our table and checked up on us a few times. The food was really good and my friend liked her coffee as well (she is a purist and got black coffee. Overall great experience and will be back.

Always love to stop at a coffee shop out of town. Friendly staff welcomes you in. Ordered what caught my attention. The one that had an outside sign that says toasted marshmallows latte! It was pretty chilly. . Had to get a pastry that looked different... it didn't pair well with my hot latte. Love lemon pastries but this was a little too much lemony taste.

Great place to grab breakfast and sit on the patio. Get a coffee too! The patio accepts dogs.

I really enjoy the atmosphere at Caffe Mercato!! it's cozy, charming, and has a nice vibe that makes it a great spot to grab a bite. The food is delicious; I had the turkey panini and it was flavorful and perfectly toasted. Definitely a solid choice if you're in the mood for a good sandwich or cafe meal. One thing to keep in mind is that indoor seating is pretty limited, so it can feel a little cramped when it's busy. If you want to sit and enjoy your meal inside, you might need to come early or be prepared to wait. Parking can be a little tricky too. There's some parking right in front, but it fills up quickly. The lot next to Ross is the best bet if you're driving. Overall, I'd definitely recommend Cafe Mercato for the food and atmosphere, just plan ahead for seating and parking!

After a year of visiting Cafe Mercato, I'm so happy to see how popular it's become. I've now tried most of the well-known cafés in the area, and this one is still in my top favorites. I've even featured them on my TikTok because their coffee is often perfectly brewed. It's one of my go-to spots when friends visit--I always bring them here for coffee and food because it's such a cozy and delicious place to relax. My personal favorites are the Mazapán Frappé, the horchata, and the iced chocolate Oaxaqueño. They're all so good and feel unique compared to typical café drinks. I'll be honest--occasionally the coffee frappés can be a little inconsistent (sometimes more ice means a slightly watered-down flavor), but this doesn't happen often, and I definitely have my favorite barista who always gets it just right. As for the food, I've tried quite a few items and the Bella Panini with the tomato soup is AMAZING. Seriously--the tomato soup is fire. I used to be someone who didn't like tomato soup at all, but theirs completely changed my mind. It's not overly creamy and it's seasoned in a way that makes it less acidic and really flavorful. (Edit : Tomato soup had no flavor today April 20th hopefully just a hiccup ) Their pastries are also very good! The danishes are buttery and soft and always taste fresh. Honestly, if you're still going to Starbucks or Coffee Bean instead of trying Cafe Mercato, you're missing out. The only thing I'd love to see added is a rewards system and possibly an online drive-up ordering option--I think they'd benefit a lot from both.

How did I NOT know this place existed?! I've been on a mission to avoid the "coffee with a side of drive-thru chaos" from big chain spots, and somehow this hidden gem was right here the whole time. (I'm new in the area) Had a little mom + son coffee date at Cafe Mercato and honestly... 10/10 experience. I got a coffee so big it looked like it came with a gym membership, and my son was living his best life with the perfect hot chocolate. Everybody won. The vibe in this place is SO cute and unique, so cozy, artsy, and full of personality. Every table and decoration felt like it had a story. It's the kind of spot where you walk in planning to stay 15 minutes and suddenly it's been an hour and you're emotionally attached to the coffee mug. Absolutely love this little spot and will definitely be a regular. Must try!

My family LOVES this little coffee/brunch spot. We've tried a number of drinks and to date my favorites are the Pistachio iced latte and Horchata latte. The pastries are delicious, can't go wrong with the nutty chocolate chip cookie or s'mores bar. The granola parfait is good, and a serving that is shareable for sure. Hubby likes the chorizo breakfast sandwich. Everything is fresh! The service is ALWAYS so good here. The young men working here are polite, professional and friendly. It's currently my favorite local-ish spot.

Located in the 'Menifee Town Center' right off the 215 FWY, on Antelope and Newport Roads near Ralph's with plenty of parking. Besides specialty coffee and tea, they serve lemonade, freshly baked pastries, salads, panini sandwiches, and breakfast all day. First visit and I'm obsessed! I tried "La Chata" over ice, which is coffee with milk, horchata, and matcha. My cousin recommended this drink and I'm glad she did. It tasted perfect! I also tried their "Tres Leches" and "Blueberry Poppy Seed Slice", both so delicious. Prices are reasonable. Service was amazing. Shout out to 'Fabian', he was welcoming, friendly, and extremely helpful with the menu. The Café is clean and organized with a cozy atmosphere and patio seating. Overall, I had a great experience here and will definitely return to try other treats.

You know the food is good when you didn't stop to take a photo of it for a Yelp review. This spot had some of the best, unique selections for brunch. You want 'breakfast' food? Done. You want pasta for brunch?? Done. We ordered the strawberry toast which was sooo perfect - The bread was warm and perfectly baked and the strawberries were fresh. I'm not a big sweet tooth, so I got the vodka penne pasta which was delicious and served with warm, fresh sourdough. The service was super friendly and quick!! It's a smaller restaurant but they have limited outdoor seating as well. Honestly sad I'm never in Menifee because this spot would quickly become a regular for me!

Yes, non-dairy milk is available! Also, I like to try the bakery items at cafes so I was drawn to selecting an oatmeal lemon bar! The bar was PERFECT, I knew it was going to be good when the barista I was chatting with told me "if you don't like it, I'll eat it", LOL. The bar wasn't overly zesty, it was mildly sweet and tasted like a gourmet pie/tart hybrid. I absolutely recommend the treats here! Service was extremely friendly, the gentleman who I was chatting with was very professional and quick! My coffee was done in less than 2 minutes, it was the most amazing thing I've seen in a while. I placed my order to-go but I'm definitely trying out their comfy chairs next time! I spotted a handful of tables both inside and outside. Joyful Noise has a rewards points system, you just need to insert your number on their touchscreen pad at checkout. Digital receipts are also available. Note: Ice cream is also served here!

This place has style and ambience and a great staff- and lots of them! Busy little bees!…read moreGreat aesthetic, clever little design elements with of course a BEE theme. Nice merch, well displayed. The pastry case is extremely inviting and what spoke to me today was the cheese danish with coconut. I swarmed it, maybe you're supposed to take more than three bites? They warmed it up for me and it was delicious. I'm usually a really BIG tipper but when you pay just short of six $$$ dollars for a single pastry these days, I don't see why you should tip when basically all someone has to do is ring it up for you and throw it in a bag.You know what I mean? So lately, for the first time in my life I'm starting to not tip at places like this. I feel a bit guilty, but I am retired. I think the way to do it is to throw a dollar in there every third visit or something, just my feeling. A cumulative tip.Ha! Anyway, the staff is always real pleasant and kind. I'm not one for fancy coffees, but they do look appealing. I've tried their coffee before, but it doesn't really work for me. I prefer that at home. But it's an adorable spot and always has a good amount of nice patrons enjoying themselves. I just overheard a gentleman say to his wife as he was walking out the door: "This tastes better than Starbucks" while sipping one of those fancy triple layered multicolored drinks. There is usually plenty of outdoor seating and easy parking. There is also a bunch of great little shops nearby, including SEES candy and a handful of restaurants, etc. Target, Michaels, HomeGoods, you know the normal Mini-Mall "flif-flof'. It's a very pleasant spot. Look for: "COUNTRYSIDE MARKETPLACE " just off of Newport/Haun Rd near Highway 215. Let me pop back inside and throw a couple of shekels in the "tip jar"! My Catholic guilt got a grip on me! Time to buzz off for now.........
