My wife went with the shrimp & crab ravioli, while I made the completely reasonable decision to order the pasta combo--lasagna, cannelloni, and ravioli. Apparently, I was planning to carb-load for a marathon I didn't know I was running. The food was good, the portions were generous, and one of the highlights was hearing actual Italian being spoken while we were there. That definitely added some authenticity to the experience. Nothing says Italian restaurant quite like hearing Italian without someone saying, "Buongiorno" just because it's printed on the menu. Overall, we enjoyed our meal and would definitely stop in again. If you're in Sulphur and craving Italian, Roma's is worth checking out. Come hungry, order pasta, and prepare to leave wondering why you didn't wear elastic-waist pants.
