The food is really good. The wife and I popped in Sunday morning for a shared bite. The drinks were good and the burrito is now a favorite. The service is order at the counter type place. Be ready to wait a minute for you order. Its a small kitchen, so totally expected. The grounds have maybe 3 or 4 other food trucks. There are picnic tables and covered seating. Enjoyed the vibes and the food was great . We will be back!

I've been wanting to try this place for a while, but couldn't get there during their business hours so I took advantage of their first weekday opening and stopped by for a mid-morning treat. A treat it was. The coffee is good and smooth and after some conversation, all I heard was house-made, I opted for the vanilla latte. Solid choice, now I have to return for a few others I was eyeing on the menu and definitely for some brunch! See you all again soon!

Iced Horchata Latte amazing. Blueberry muffin on point. A concha with ice coffee will be amazing maybe next time they will have a concha

Drove from Dallas side and since we were in the area had to try it . Had the ice horchata latte (amazing ). It's on a quiet corner so be on the lookout . Lucky to have a sunny day to have a seat on the patio and relax with our coffee . Service was good and helped out with the questions .

    Iced vanilla latte half sweet.

Had their yummy vanilla iced latte all weekend I was in town and it didn't taste any different each time-so darn good!! Their breakfast burritos are also delicious and enough to split with someone else! Cute place for coffee date or catching up with a friend! Staff is friendly and helpful!

OK, maybe that's an exaggeration, but, the New Jersey location was super convenient so she has been a fan for a very long time. We now live in a great state of Texas so we come here to the Fort Worth location. She of course had a wonderful Apple pancake and it was absolutely outstandingly delicious. No different than it ever was. I had the farmhouse breakfast with two eggs over easy bacon and three pancakes. It was delicious, but I'm still going to eat some of my wife's pancake. One of the outstanding parts of this original pancake House is the fresh squeezed orange juice with the pulp. Extra extra delicious. Our waitress was super nice and even made sure that the both of our breakfast came out at the same time. And if you've ever ordered an apple pancake, you know those aren't the quickest things on the menu....... AnyWho, well done, original pancake house, we will be back

Our server was sweet and we got everything we needed. We both had coffee (I thought it was okay but he really liked his.) I order the Dutch Baby Sampler that had 2 of 4 different flavor of Dutch Babies which I really enjoyed trying all the flavors (apple was my favorite) and he had the World Famous German Pancake and it was the ! Next time, I will be ordering that!!!

I'm not sure if they just changed suppliers or not but things have gotten smaller / worse quality while the price has gone up for what arguably is standard breakfast fare. Case in point: the Chicken or Egg Sandwich. Used to be my go to, but after having it recently again after not coming for quite some time it was a disappointment. The chicken cutlet used was thin compared to the thick fried version it had before, everything was a bit beige, and a rather small serving of hash browns accompanied it. I had a standard black coffee alongside it which tasted a bit watered down and my partner has commented that the speciality coffees are not as good as they used to be. Other new additions to the menu aren't exactly what you would expect, for example the Monte Cristo is more a deconstructed version of the Bennigan's classic but it's not obvious unless your waiter tells you. The price is typical of downtown but the food doesn't rise to the occasion and the value proposition for me isn't enough to come back unless something changes. Thats not to say the food is all bad, but seeing what it was prior to their menu change, it's just uninspiring for the price. The service however has remained top tier and every time I have gone I've had fantastic service regardless of if it's a Sunday morning with a hour long wait or a quiet weekday lunch.

What a great choice for breakfast. The menu was filled with choices for everyone. Will definitely have to come back to try more. I ordered the cinnamon roll french toast which was a whole roll sliced up and cooked as french toast. Have never seen that anywhere else. The only downside was a strange smell like old mop water that permeated the entrance and the seats near it. We had to ask to move seats. The table we were then moved to was crammed against the front wall crooked for some reason. Otherwise, the food was on point and delicious.

Every time my cup was empty they magically appeared to fill it. They just showed up right at the time I needed something but did not ask about my mom and then which I greatly appreciated. We had the bacon cheddar fries and they came with ranch and chipotle ranch both made in house and they were great! Chipotle ranch has a little kick but we both liked it. My wife got the Ragin Cajun Club and could only eat 1/4 of it because of the abundant portion sizes. She also got onion rings that went great with the ranch. I got the Cajun Pork Chop and it might have been the greatest dish I've ever eaten. It's served on a helping of the cheddar grits with andouille gravy and creole fried eggs. It's like an explosion of savory Cajun goodness with every bite. The right amount of spice. Runny yokes with the gravy and grits and a bite of lightly breaded pork chop. If I have to complaint jts that it's a bone in pork chop. But as you can see from the picture I all but gnawed the bone.

It's a breakfast spot with…read morea loyal following, a small footprint, and a wait that will test your commitment to eggs. Spoiler: it's worth it, with a few asterisks. First, the logistics. The space is cozy, which is a polite way of saying it is not built for large groups or people who like personal space. The wait can be substantial, and the indoor holding area is limited, if the weather is doing something dramatic, you'll want to know that before you commit. The real secret, which I discovered the hard way, is that you can join the waitlist online before you even leave the house. Life-changing information that arrived too late for us. Learn from my mistakes. Once seated, the coffee is hot, the iced tea is fresh, a surprisingly rare achievement at breakfast hours, and the menu has enough options to cause genuine decision paralysis. We ordered two Traditional Breakfasts, both over easy eggs, both crispy bacon. One arrived cooked to absolute perfection, eggs exactly as requested, bacon doing exactly what bacon is supposed to do. The other arrived with eggs cooked firmly over hard. Same table, same order, same server. How does this happen? It is one of breakfast's great unsolved mysteries. The breakfast potatoes, meanwhile, showed promise, well seasoned and flavorful, but arrived in a mixed state of doneness that required careful excavation to find the fully cooked ones. It was less of a side dish and more of an archaeological dig. The third order, the Tri-Fecta, came with a multigrain pancake the size of a small continent, which almost made up for the potato situation. And then there was the Million Dollar Bacon. We didn't order it. The table next to us did. I watched it arrive and I am still not over it. Order the Million Dollar Bacon. Do not make my mistake. Do not be me. First Watch is a solid breakfast spot with real upside, get on the waitlist before you leave home, order the bacon, and maybe double-check your eggs before your server walks away.
