Came here on our second date 9 years ago. Came back today while in town. So glad we did! Ordered an XL pizza with plenty of toppings. Piping hot and loaded with stringy cheese! Ate here today while on short vacation. Solid pizza and sub place. If you're an "extra sauce" kind of person, you may not like it. I myself am an "extra cheese" person. While it's hot, the cheese melts like in the old 90's Pizza Hut commercials. But it also falls off the pizza pretty easy. Either way, the cheese is quality. Also had a Milano Special Cheesesteak. It was good. Not soggy or anything like I had read in other reviews. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Prices were fair and what you'd expect them to be. Overall excellent experience. Everyone is getting 5 stars from me on Yelp. Yelp is a scourge of small businesses. Now, they want you to shut down businesses that any idiot perceives as racist. Make them irrelevant and shut them down. I am making up businesses named yelp at every city I stop at and giving them 1 star. Then I give every other business 5 stars. Yelp is evil. Knowingly sold me a burnt Sicilian. Walked in to pick up the pizza. Could see the look in his eye that he forgot about it in the oven. Sold it to me after looking at the bottom of the crust anyway. 5+star for the pizza but employees at the register get a ZERO. They are totally in the dark on menu pricing. We order the same thing once a week. Large with pepperoni and green peppers $18.54. Over the past 3 weeks pricing has been scattered. On 3/26/21 we were charged $19.90. On 4/7/21 $17.99 and last night 4/14/21 (Wednesday) $21.17 Especially during covid times we made a point of ordering from Cafe Milanos. We had delivery. The employees were amazing. The woman at the register was unfriendly and couldn't explain why we were charged a new price over the past 3 weeks for the same order. All she said was "I guess the prices went up?" The only reason this place gets two stars is because the pizza was so good, otherwise, it would only be one or none if even possible. We'd received an menu in the mail from this place, and I pushed my family into eating here because they advertised brick oven pizza, and the menu looked really attractive. Turns out it was just brick oven STYLE pizza. In other words, pizza cooked in a regular pizza oven. So we walk in, order our food and sit in one of the booths when all of a sudden, a mouse falls from the ceiling onto the floor next to us. Of course the kids are flipping out and my wife and I are just looking at one another like, what have we gotten ourselves into? We told the cashier, who gets one of the cooks to come out with a broom and dustpan. The mouse evades the cook and runs up his pant leg. After he gets the mouse out of his pants, he leaves to go get gloves to catch the mouse. The cashier then tells us that she can't imagine where the mouse came from SINCE THE EXTERMINATOR WAS JUST THERE A LITTLE WHILE AGO! They eventually got the mouse out, our food was already paid for, so we took the risk and ate it. The pizza was pretty good, but the whole time I was wondering what was going on behind the scenes that I wasn't aware of. Maybe that's why they say that ignorance is bliss. The menu was misleading, the building needs renovated, and the staff was inattentive. I don't think we'll be back anytime soon. read more

I used to love this place. I ordered online last night and when the delivery came the woman brought her kids which would have been fine if they stayed in the car. The one ran into my house. While I'm holding my big dog with one hand from running out the woman handed me my 2 pizzas plus a bag into the other hand. Thankfully the other kid was polite and shut the door for me. The pizza was cold, cheese was all slid to one side. Will not order from there again. The guy who was the delivery guy was great. If I could give this place zero stars I would especially after my experience tonight. I tried to order two simple cheese pizzas waited TWO HOURS for it to arrive and pay over the phone instead it ended up with the cops at my house and no pizza to eat for my two year old who only eats a very short list. My friend and I ordered from here yesterday. A medium pizza. What we got was (and this is NO lie whatsoever!) Three slices of pizza in a huge box. The pizza was cold and awful! We ordered around 10:30 -11:00 to be at our place of work at 12:00. Call them back and the answer we got was "Oh he (whoever was making the pizza) just didn't make the pizza today." Uh... no. Wrong answer! Lucky for them, they immediately refunded the money we spent, but no matter. We won't order from them again. Great cheesesteak subs. I eat here alot for lunch. The owner is very friendly. I mostly just get cheesesteaks since they are my Achillies heel. You can dine in, order out (pick up or delivery). A small bathroom for patrons was clean. Along with subs you can get pizza, pasta, etc read more

Great pizza. Best in the Pocomoke City area. Good service, food always hot. The salads are always fresh and the service is very friendly.

our order was totally messed up... instead of white pizza we got cheese thrown on a pizza shell, no sauce no ricotta and no broccoli as advertised in their own menu. we ordered wings and got some boneless round knobs of chicken that were dry and under seasoned. we've removed them from office stash of menus and will not order from there again. one too many screw ups. read more
