The restaurant is nice, but sterile, with weird photicular pics at each booth. My hubby and I ordered pizza and tea; no alcohol is available at this location. Ledos is my favorite. Either you like it or you don't. Ledos pizza is different, so if you're expecting deep dish or big chain pizza bready you will be disappointed. It's a thin crust (ask for well done) square pizza with lots of mozzarella and their own sauce. I Get a large for myself, eat half there and the other half the next day. I think I like it better leftover, cold. Salt and pepper it. Pretzels are the best anywhere. Tell them to load up the toppings at this one. read more

Let's start with the good things first, the waitresses were warm & friendly and their chicken wings were actually a great size and cooked well. There was also ample parking and it was easy to find. That's where the compliments stop. The pizza on special had 1 piece of sausage & 1 piece of pepperoni per square like someone was trying to make a lunchable. The sauce tasted cheap and honestly it was only suitable for children who don't expect much. Fries were undercooked but at least they were hot and the gyro had 2 pieces of meat that were no more than 3inches. The menu pic was misleading lol. Could barely find it with all the lettuce. Service was awful, restaurant was dirty, pizza was bad. Skip this spot. There was 1 hostess/cashier and 2 waitresses at the front counter when we entered. We were told to pick any table so we did. We waited about 10 minutes for a waitress to come to our table. The waitress smelled of cigarettes, never greeted us, took forever to get menus, she did not smile, never checked to see if we needed anything, never offered refills, only asked what we'd like to drink and took our order. When she did speak she was very monotone and sounded annoyed when having to list off available salad dressings. There was only 1 other table with an older couple finishing up their meal being tended to by a different waitress. It wasn't that our waitress was swamped with other customers- clearly does not want nor like to do her job in a courteous manner. She socializes well with her coworkers at the counter though. Many tables were very greasy and full of crumbs and scraps of food. The plastic tablecloths were twisted and falling off the table. The floor was dirty. When the older couple left their plates and cups were left there during our entire meal. When it's dead the least they can do is clean. Pizza crust is awful. It's as if plain flour has been mushed into a flat bread. There's no crisp toasty pizza flavor. Their mushrooms look straight out of a can. Only the green bell peppers were fresh. The pizza sauce is very sweet and does not have any Italian flavor at all. Frozen pizza and Little Caesar's (which has been undoubtedly been the worst flavored chain pizza) is more flavorful and fresh than this pizza. The cheese is an oily mess. None of the flavors blended well into each other. Sadly the restaurant doesn't even smell like pizza either. Get a frozen pizza. Please don't bother. read more

We got a large normal cheese pizza for 5 of us and saying we were not impressed would not be close to summing it up. The box is thicker than the pizza and I can only imagine what adding a topping would be like, it would go straight through. I've never had a pizza that was so un filling it made me more hungry.If you ordered 1 pizza for your self and rolled it up like a burrito it may be enough food. My party bought two large pizza pies, wings, a cheese steak and a two liter coke. I forgot what I paid for my cheese steak but it was way over priced for the crappy quality of that cheese steak. What blew my mind was the price tag of my cousins' meal. Seventy plus dollars for the above mentioned food. Just way too much. The wings really sucked. A matter of fact, they were actually better the next day after they've been soaking in the sauce all night. As for the pizza, I liked it. It was good. My advice to the reader that is reading this review is that if you want good, not great pizza but pretty good, come through. The pizza is really big too. Kids pizzas can a few minutes after. Since the table is small, incredibly small, we received two 18" medium Leno Deluxe instead of the XL pizza. My wife and I could have gotten away with sharing an 18" pizza. Pizza was good even though it was a thin crust(not my favorite crust). Pickles were great, sauce served with them is spicy! Server friendly enough. Doesn't check if beverages need refilled. French fries my youngest daughter wanted never made it to the order, when she asked the server if her fries were done being cooked yet, she said she would check on it. We didn't see her again until she brought the bill. No fries for the little one, but she did eat her entire pizza, so no wasted food. Large eating area, we were seated in a small dining room off of the main dining room. Lots of pizza boxes lined the wall nearest to us. From reading the boxes they deliver and have catering services. Not sure how this happens and it gets past management and owners. When I placed the order the app stated it would be ready in 25 minutes, which I thought was reasonable. I should have known, when I pulled up into the parking lot for pick up, there was only 1 other car in the lot. I picked up my food and brought it back to my hotel, not even 1 mile away. The pizza wasn't even hot! How does that happen? It was only 1 mile. I picked it up before 25 mile mutes was up. I also ordered bacon cheese fries. Aweful!!! Bacon was so over done I couldn't even chew it. Fries were not cooked to order. Obviously precooked waiting for someone to order them to get rid of them. Cheese wasn't even melted but was a hard crusty mess! I love Ledo pizza and this one only makes the entire company look bad to those that have never tried it before. Just an okay experience. Food was fine. Greasy, thin crust pizza, it was almost like a cracker crust, which was different but okay. Wings were alright, they heat up the wings and drizzle the sauce on rather than toss them in sauce so it was a little sparse. Our waiter left a lot to be desired. The restaurant was silent, no background music or anything. We went for lunch and it was pretty empty so you felt like you had to talk in hushed tones and the staff all clearly didn't want to be there. The whole experience was just a little odd. We stopped in on a rainy Thursday in the off season, between lunch and dinner time and ordered take out. 2 pizzas (1 gluten free Pepperoni Hot Honey and 1 Ledo) and 2 salads (1 Ceasars and 1 Ledo). There wasn't another soul there and food was ready in 15 minutes. Salads were great, excellent dressings. Pizzas were just okay. I've had much better GF pizza before but the hot honey was delicious! The regular pizza crust was WAY too thin for the amount of toppings and lacked sauce. It had to be eaten with a fork and knife because it was a giant, greasy mess thanks to the thin crust. Come here after being disappointed by Subway. Employees here at Ledos act like they have a chip on their shoulder. Husband ordered Buffalo wings he gets BBQ waitress takes them back. Meanwhile we see the tall bald cook pick a noodle up with his hand as he is cooking and ate it. Then the wings come 2 minutes later looked blackish as they rinsed the BBQ off refried for a second and drizzled a little Buffalo on them. My son orders Buffalo chicken pizza and gets a grilled chicken pizza. No Buffalo sauce we asked for a side. The cook walks out to I guess go home full of sweat smells like he just crawled out of a dumpster. Ruined my appetite I was done at this point. No discounts, no apology. Will be the first and last. Not much to choose from on the island to eat but cooking back at the campsite is sounding better as it seems the small restaurants are so disappointing. ADD TO FEEDBACK. Ordered two pizzas from them one night, and on top of the pizza taking an extra 20 minutes to be done (this wouldn't be a big deal if they were just busy), most of the employees were standing around doing nothing, while a whole room of people were waiting for their orders. In our pepperoni pizza, a hair was found, and in the meat lovers pizza, the meat was undercooked and pink. The one lady we talked to was also sassy and rude. When we called to get a refund the FIRST time, a voice was heard in the background and they said "there's a person on the phone? Just hang up". So we called again and someone finally took care of us. How irritating. Just ordered $45 of food for takeout and left a $5 tip. The cook commented, "All that and no tip?". The girl who was learning how to run a cash register confirmed, "All that and no tip." I had the other guy on the register pull out the signed receipt. He confirmed that there was a $5 tip left. So, one of three things happened, 1. They didn't see that a tip was left. 2. They were talking about a different order while preparing ours. 3. Probably the worst pizza I've ever had. And that includes dollar frozen pizzas like Celeste and Jeno's. We had a cheese, Buffalo, and Hawaiian and all were equally disappointing. The crust on this pizza, if you can even call it that, is more akin to some puffed up cardboard then anything truly edible. Not only that, but this crust like layer fails to hold up any of the toppings, although the pieces of Buffalo chicken were so misshapen and rare that it wasn't a huge problem. We found dousing it in sriracha sauce made the food slightly more appetizing, but not by much. We ended up heating up some Culinary Circle pizzas later that were hands down better tasting than anything we got from our Ledo's order. read more

This is the second time we had a bad experience at this restaurant. We order from another Ledo Pizza location all the time and have great experiences. This time we ordered three large pizzas and none of them were good, especially for the money we spent. We ordered one with three toppings on half the pizza and cheese on the other half. They got it wrong. Put two toppings on one half and the third topping on the other half. There was no cheese pizza for the little ones. The second was a buffalo chicken pizza which had very few pieces of chicken on it. The last was a deluxe pizza, and again, the toppings were skimpy, but not only that, there were no topping except pepperoni on the outer slices of pizza. All the toppings were only in the center of the pizza. Unfortunately we won't be returning to this location. read more

I went to this place because I like to support mom and pop stores when I can, even though I knew that Subway was across the street. I really wanted a sub, and I specifically asked for one. However, what I got was a tiny little sandwich on square bread that you would put in the toaster. I could have made the same sandwich at home. I would pay maybe $3 for such a sandwich, but not $10, which is ridiculous. I can't believe I paid $10 for such a small sandwich. I showed the waitress what had been prepared for me and asked for a refund in terms of the difference in price between a sandwich and a sub. She then pointed out that on the menu, the sub and sandwich are the same price, and that you can "request" a sub--which I DID. If I had known that I would not be receiving a real sub, I never would have bought this item. I am very disappointed and I feel deceived. read more

Well I have ate pizza in 33 states and at least 17 countries and this is not pizza, I sent it back. The thin rice flour cracker crust or whatever it was was not good and the sauce was worst. I got wings instead, no flavor at all, but at least they were done. OH The floor is filthy. The walls at the tables need wiped down at least once a month if your not gonna do it nightly.
