Luckily it a short walk from a tube station and even though it seems like a lot of stops from zone 1 & 2, it took less than 20 minutes from Central London. My friend and I lucked out as we arrived right before a rush, but as we started our meal we could see why people were queuing up outside and waiting for who knows how long. I don't know if I have the words to describe my experience as everything on the menu looked good and from a slightly picky eater like me, that's saying something. Both breakfasts came out quickly and were deliiiiicious. The iced lattes were also yummy despite a couple of white bits floating around. We sat outside to enjoy the sun even though inside looked really cool with plugs everywhere for phones and laptops. They also have a book corner with some sofas for when it gets chillier. She was pleasant, knowledgeable and was able to make suggestions in regards to the menu and of course gave us a history lesson about the company. My steak was cooked to perfectly, chips lovely, watercress just complimented it all. I also opted for a bernaise sauce to accompany it all. There is an option for garlic as well. FYI: they also have a two course or a three course menu which is available Monday to Friday, noon to 7pm. From what I saw it's a great value and the starter, main and dessert choices were very good.
