The star of the show for me was the matcha strawberry, with layers of matcha powder between the soft and airy matcha flavored ice and fresh cut strawberries, this was actually a dream come true for me, dessert-wise. We got the mochi pieces on the side and they were the perfect chewy texture addition that cut through the iciness. The mango was decadent, with a very sweet and rich mango puree that honestly went well with the matcha bingsoo as well! This is now added to my list of must-visits in the area. I will be back!

And I had an EXCELLENT chicken Chipotle wrap at lunch that was recommended to me by the gentleman working at memory look. I'm not certain where these wraps are made. Another gentleman would bring them from the building in the same complex. I LOVED my wrap. They have a ton of seating outside too but there aren't any outlets out there so it's harder to WFH out there unless you're fully charged. But was great for separate meetings we all had to attend. The drink itself was good, although I found the prices a little higher compared to other matcha spots I've tried. Service was on the slower side, and it took a while for the drinks to come out. The staff were okay, but not particularly friendly. I love how quickly they tend to customers, even when the line is egregiously long (mostly mornings, lunch, and weekends) they are so kind and helpful. Their service never falters. My favorite drink is their popular blueberry matcha (I love it with oat milk). Its sweet but not too sweet and perfect for people who want a little something different than just plain matcha. Even people who I know who don't normally enjoy matcha love this matcha. They also have a variety of good pastries that my family gets by the box. My personal favorite is the snowcat roti. It's also been all over TikTok and other social media, and from what we could see it's pretty controversial, so we were curious which side we'd land on. My wife and I ordered the chocolate chip cookie and a coconut crunch cookie, or something like that. We knew going in that these are thicker cookies, but once we actually looked at them and tasted them, I would not consider this a cookie at all. To me it's way more of a scone than a cookie. The density and thickness are not a cookie by any means, and we were not impressed. The flavor just wasn't there either. There are also way too many chocolate chips in the chocolate chip cookie, and the coconut one was pretty mild on flavor. For the price you pay, the cookie versus the flavor versus the quality just did not add up. I don't understand if there's hype about this place or what, and I can see why there's controversy over whether these are good cookies, bad cookies, or cookies at all. We even tried to heat them up back at home to see if that would relax the density of these things, and did not do a thing besides just make them crunchy and harder to eat. I lean toward the side that this is not a cookie joint. It's more of a scone or bakery joint. We were thoroughly disappointed, we probably won't come back, and honestly I wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking for a cookie spot.
