I think they only use mozzarella as it didn't have the characteristic saltiness and tanginess from the other cheese types traditionally on pies. The meat is well spiced with bursts of sweet allium pungency and a bit of acidity from the tomato. All three pie types were quite good after reheating in the toaster oven. The only thing that brings down my score is that the base bread is overly sweet.
