Tabouli Salad was very good. Being that I have traveled much and lived in LA for so long I was searching for some good Mediterranean food. I didn't expect to find it in Gallup though. I was walking pass and decided to take a gander at the menu. Dora, an extremely friendly young woman, was more than happy to help me make a choice on their huge menu. I tasted three salads before I decided on the Tabouli. Yummy! Dora added some feta cheese and asked me if I wanted to try some Mediterranean olives and pickles. I told Dora that we use to eat Israeli pickles all the time and I craved them. These Mediterranean pickles hit the spot. I then glanced over and said, "Are those Baklavas?!" YES! And they were imported from Ramallah! I was excited. I asked Dora if I can come in on a weekly basis to purchase Mediterranean pickles from Cafe Bistro and she said they would accommodate my craving palate. Now, that's customer service.
