Who doesn't love an UPDATE! Yes, a year later and it's still a 5 star establishment from me. I've actually been frequenting Cafe Au Latte more now than I did in my past review, so I feel that this is a more accurate opinion from me. Amid the chaos of the Covid-19 pandemic, this place has flourished! By offering speciality coffee, teas, smoothies and delicious homemade food and a different, yummy lunch special every day! I've had their sugar free vanilla & hazelnut frappe, harvest frappe, and their Mexican frappe (chocolate and cinnamon). They're all delicious and seriously beat any of Mayfield's big chain competition. This is the only REAL specialty drink cafe in Mayfield though, keep that in mind. On to the food. YUM. They have recently changed up their menu and prices. So with that in mind I tried the Southwest Chipotle Turkey wrap for lunch today. I was not disappointed. Man, that is an excellent wrap, stuffed full of bacon, turkey, avocado, lettuce, tomato, a special chipotle mayo and more! They're breakfast food is amazing as well, I recommend the bacon, egg, and cheese croissant for a quick and filling breakfast on the go! You couldn't ask for better drinks, food, or people than this place. The service is great, these girls are seriously killing it! My tip is to call ahead and place your order, especially on your way to work in the mornings. They are QUICK and will have it ready and warm when you come through the drive thru! read more

Everything I've tried has been really fresh and delicious. I'm a big fan of their carrot cake cupcake and their cheese danish. The cheese danish was probably the best one I've ever had. It was flaky and the cheese part was almost like an icing. My grandma loved it so much that we ordered another one. For coffee, I usually order the Cookie Dough Craving without the peanut butter. I love the cookie dough flavored foam. The employees here are also very helpful and friendly. read more

I prefer coffee in my cup of syrup. Had put 5 pumps into my medium coffee when I asked why my drink was so sweet. First time going to a coffee place that charges for remade drinks. Completely rude about it and gave a face when I declined and walked out the door. No pride in good business and couldn't care less about customer retention. I'd rather drive to Murray for coffee. read more

Cafe Au Latte is the newest coffee shop in Mayfield, KY. They've remodeled the building to look much more modern and inviting than the previous owners. The prices are reasonable, the coffee is delicious, and their caramel rolls are to die for. The only complaint - their hours are only from 6 - 5. They have a nice selection of lunch salads and sandwiches, but their specialty is definitely the bakery. Grab one of their delectable pies or brownie packs to wow folks at your next gathering. read more

So I really do like this place. They have great coffee, unique sandwiches, and wonderful desserts. The southern salad is really great as a side item. I normally order a chipotle turkey wrap. It comes with deli turkey, spicy mayo, onion, peppers, and lettuce. I give it a 4-Star rating because sometimes the sandwiches and wraps can look thrown together. The taste and quality are still great, but no one likes a wrap that falls apart. read more

To be fair I've eaten here once, the food was descent but I felt it was a little pricey for the amount. The Sandwich was on the skimpy side as far as meat goes one thin slice of deli meat on a 7 dollar sandwich. the coleslaw was really good and the tea was OK. Overall it was good but nothing to write home about. In the end I paid 10 buck for lunch and left hungry. read more
