I was on a layover in Buenos Aires and found this cafe near the Santo Domingo church. The croissant was delish, soft, and fresh. However, the omelet was burnt (see picture). Whoever cooked it flattened it, and cooked it in a hurry on high heat so it would cook faster. Unlike other omelets, I've had in the past. A good omelet should be fluffy, folded, or rolled neatly. Service was good though, and my server was attentive. Coffee was just okay. Not superior as far as I'm concerned. Argentina is not typically recognized as a top coffee producer or exporter. They're more known for Beef and Wine, but they do have a growing coffee culture. As far as ambiance...Meh. It's ok. It's in a touristy area near San Telmo. read more
