The worker said "No, it's same price" even though we can see there's literally a dollar difference. She then goes to ask the other worker "oh there's a difference in price" to no reply. Anyways, I probably won't comeback. I don't think you should either. If something is broken and you are getting a customer to pick a new item that is CHEAPER than the original item, you could at least offer something to add on (ex: boba, fries, SOMETHING). Don't waste your money, go to Feng Cha instead
