I ordered an iced coffee with a shot of espresso and their turkey bagel sandwich. The coffee here is incredible, you can really tell the team puts a lot of thought into their coffee selection. Their cold brew is delicious and offers a low acidity level. The same goes for their espresso; bold flavor and just slightly bitter. I did add two pumps of sugar-free vanilla syrup to take the edge off. The turkey bagel sandwich was incredible! I almost never order food at coffee shops, but the mention of spicy relish intrigued me. Take a look at my pictures with this review, but this bagel is stacked with turkey, sprouts lettuce, tomato, cream cheese, and a spicy chili relish that really sent it over the top. I love me some heat and this relish brought it! Alchemist Coffee Lab is an awesome coffee shop located in The Tower. Their service is fantastic and it's truly a vibe to and people watch on their front outside tables.

I ordered a latte along with an almond pastry, and both were enjoyable. The coffee was nicely presented, and the pastry was a good pairing. They also have a solid selection of pour overs, beans, brewing equipment, and merchandise if you're really into coffee. The atmosphere was probably my favorite part. It feels like a place where you can slow down, enjoy your drink, read, or just hang out for a while. Overall, a very good local coffee shop with plenty of personality. Definitely worth checking out if you're in the area.

This is one of my go-to spots for coffee when running around downtown Fresno…read more I normally get their cold brew, which is delicious, but this time I tried the "Espresso Tonic", a specialty drink made by combining chilled tonic water and a fresh pulled shot of espresso over ice. Think of it as a bubbly iced americano. I really dig this drink because it offers a refreshing element you don't normally get with coffee, making it a great option for a midday caffeine craving, even when it's hot outside. While the food selection is small, they do offer avocado toast and a few sweet pastries. You can enjoy your beverage in their small indoor seating area or take it to go!

Kind of small space inside with tables full when we arrived. We ordered at the counter, a matcha for my friend, a plain latte with cinnamon for me, and avocado toast to share. My friend didn't like her matcha that well, and the avocado toast was ok. There wasn't much avocado but a lot of feta and balsamic which kind of overpowered everything else. I couldn't taste the avocado. My latte was good. We ended up asking someone to share their table because there were no tables available. The art is interesting, and service was quick. However, I probably won't be back again unless I am in the area and in need of a plain coffee.

Last time I just went for bakery items to go. This new review is for a dine-in experience…read more Place: Still clean and well-maintained. We went on a Saturday afternoon, and while there were people, it was much less busy than my last visit, which was around lunchtime on a weekday (aka rush hour!). There were beautiful displays of cakes, pastries, and other goodies, and the dining area is set up to accommodate both small and larger groups. You can also sit outside. I especially like the two benches by the entrance: they're a convenient spot to wait for your party or for your ride. There's also a water cooler inside where you can help yourself to water. Staff: Everyone was so friendly and welcoming! Two young ladies were behind the counter when we arrived, and one of them helped us. She was very friendly and helpful. Since this was my first time dining in, she handed me the menu and made some recommendations. During our meal, a gentleman came out from behind the counter and checked in with us about the food. Later, before leaving, he gave a friendly goodbye to everyone in the room. I'm guessing he was the owner, and if so, it was nice to see that personal touch. Food: Everything was really good! We had the chicken bowl and the salmon bowl. (You'll have to check the menu for their actual names!) I got to taste a piece of my friend's salmon, and that's what I'm getting next time. It tasted fresh and delicious, flavorful and perfectly cooked. My chicken was very good as well, and all the vegetables in my bowl were fresh and tasty. And good pastries are my weakness. They had an amazing selection! We got a chocolate pastry and a fruit tart for dessert, and both were just perfect. Now I have to go back and try something different each time. For science. Overall, this is a very nice place to come for breakfast, lunch, or simply coffee and a pastry. I really liked the ambiance. The space felt calm, spacious, and airy, and we were able to enjoy a nice, long conversation with friends without feeling rushed. I'll definitely be back!

The creamy eshta with fresh strawberries, crunchy granola, pistachios, and that touch of floral flavor is such a good combination. It feels indulgent but still fresh and light. And the Orange Latte is a must! The hint of citrus with the espresso is unexpected but works so well. Smooth, refreshing, and just different enough from your typical latte. The Eshta Granola Bowl + Orange Latte has officially become my favorite Yava order.
