Horrible! I have gone here for years. Since new ownership the customer service is awful and my nails look like shit. In 8 years I've had maybe one or two iffy nail jobs here. These past 3 times? Shit. After 4 days they are cracking. They have a board in front of the salon saying 5 dollars off if you leave a 5 star google review. Screw that. I told the guy I will pay what he charged and move on. When you are spending money like this to pamper yourself and feel good about yourself and the outcome is cracked , ugly nails after just 4 days it's downright sad. Shame on me for continuing to come here. read more

It seems like it's getting harder and harder to find a place that does a good job and doesn't up-charge you to death. I thought this was that place until today. Upon checking out, I was not only charged for tips (which is fine, that's on the price list), but then there was an additional, non-published charge for "long nails." I'm sorry- isn't that what a tip is?? When I asked him to show me on the price list where that charge was, he couldn't because it wasn't there. So if you don't mind being charged for whatever random, invented item they come up with that day, it's a great place. Personally, I will be taking my business elsewhere. read more

I do not recommend this nail salon. Our nails were breaking off one after the other and it hadn't been more then a week. The job was rushed and I'm not to shy to tell the tech that the job looked awful, pls fix. I don't want anxiety when I go get my nails, I don't want to worry about upcharges, or complaining about a poor job, or coming back just a few days later to get multiple nails replaced. Kay did my nails, She did a coffin shape with acrylic powder. They are literally the best nails I've ever had. They were acrylic powder and they look so beautiful. They also last. Leon is amazing!!!!! He is extremely nice and did amazing on my nails!! He was so friendly and very welcoming into the salon. The place was clean and tidy and the front desk workers were very polite. Prices are great, i did not get cut by the drill or anything and my nails and cuticles are very healthy. I showed Leon (my nail tech) a picture of the nails i wanted and he recreated them exactly, if not, even better than the reference photo. I definitely recommend coming here, probably the best nails, and service, i have had in a while. read more

My daughter and I have been going to Caesars Nail Salon for years. We have never had a problem until today. My 16 yr old daughter went by herself to get tips and nexgen. The tech asked if she wanted a design and my daughter showed him what she wanted. We've gotten designs before and they're usually under $10. When my daughter went to pay they said it would be $90! She paid because she didn't know to ask why it was that much. When she got home and told me, I called the salon. They proceeded to tell me her 2 designs were $35! The tech never told my daughter the designs would be this much. She wouldn't have done them if she knew. The tech took advantage of a teenager and he should be ashamed. When I called there was no offer to remedy the situation. We will not be going back to a salon that behaves in this manner. read more

I have gotten my nails here for years! Love Zack and Lynn, they are so sweet and always make sure you get good service. My nails always last longer than 2-3 weeks. During the Quarantine, my nails stayed on for the 8 weeks were closed. I had them originally done in February and didn't get them off and redone until May18th! Would highly recommend. read more

I've been going here since they opened and I'm never disappointed. They retain a great team that knows me (and now all my friends and family too) and that isn't easy to do if you're a small business! Very disappointed! I got my eyebrows waxed here and it was a very painful experience. The technician was extremely rough with it. Now the area around my eyebrows is swollen and red. it looks like I'm wearing a bad color of eyeshadow it's so bad! I should have known not to get anything done there after seeing how dirty the inside looked. read more

I've tried several salons in West Frisco, Plano and Allen and this one is currently my favorite. Ron does a phenomenal job with my French nexgen every time! Frankly, I can't stop staring at my own nails. I don't know what his magical technique is but I can easily go 4 weeks if my nails didn't grow so fast. At other salons the nexgen starts separating at the bottom edge after a while but Ron does his thin and perfect. All services receive a 15% discount M-W. They also serve wine and cocktails. Everyone has always been friendly and the place is very clean. read more

got my nails done only a week ago and paid 60 dollars just for them to break. they were literally so thin that they broke doing simple tasks. one of them literally broke in my sleep. plus I had to go back in to get them fixed because they all had cracks going down the nail the day after getting them done. The nail technicians did a good job on my mani&pedi. Standard for Frisco. I sat in the middle of a fruit fly infested mess. My experience was not relaxing. This is the glass of wine that was served to me. I let it sit for any length of time and this would immediately happen. I spoke to the management, she justified it bc they are located next to Fuzzy's and THEY are responsible for this. The nail place has a full bar and serves fruity drinks but sure, it has nothing to do with your establishment. All I can say is that I've been to many nail places in the area and I've never had this experience. What made it worse that instead of just apologizing the management continued to argue and justify my experience. I hope someone from the city health department makes a visit here soon. The Major Issues: Safety & Injury: My pedicurist used a hard pumice stone on the soft skin behind my heel with extreme force. Because of a significant language barrier, I couldn't get her to stop until the damage was done. My heels were left with bleeding abrasions. She applied a brown powder to stop the bleeding, but the wounds are significant and I am concerned about permanent scarring. Lack of Communication: It was nearly impossible to communicate preferences or pain levels. When I pointed out an area that needed cleaning, I was told it "wasn't covered," followed by the aggressive scrubbing that caused my injuries. Subpar Quality: Once we got home, the extent of the poor workmanship became clear. My wife's polish was uneven and poorly applied. My daughter's manicure was lopsided, with one hand's nails significantly longer than the other. Final Verdict: Do not let the 4.9-star rating fool you. This was not just a "bad paint job"--it was a painful, unprofessional experience that left me wounded. Please look elsewhere for your nail services. I spent $50 for the renew pedicure. It was completely rushed & the tech was rough with the cuticle care. She didn't pay attention to which foot she had done what on, so one of my feet was only in the water for less than 1 minute while the other was in for almost 5 minutes. The same thing happened with the hot towels. The entire pedicure was done in 30 minutes, this wasn't a basic pedicure. I even inquired when I checked out how long the pedicures generally take and was told this one usually takes 45 minutes to an hour depending on the tech and polish. This pedicure was a gift from my husband for relaxation due to recent stressful events including the loss of a loved one. Unfortunately The Eden Spa failed me.

I've been going to this nail salon since they opened and have had superior service each time. It is clean, well-kept, and lovely. Staff is kind, courteous, and attentive. Nails are always beautiful when I leave! Unlike many nail salons, this one has owners who treat their staff respectfully. A happy staff translated i to good service for customers. For those who may have had less than a good experience, they must not have talked to the owners because they are reasonable and will do what they need to make things right. My second time here doing my nails with Jason and pedicure with Lee. The salon is under new management as of a month ago. The service is now top tier. Jason does the best job with my nails! I had gone to other places and my tips were failing off within a week and half...Jason makes them last 3-4 weeks! The pedicure that Lee did was awesome, she took her time and paid attention to every detail. Also drinks (alcoholic included) are offered as soon as you sit in the chair. Wet relaxing experience. I have been going here for several years and highly recommend them. Every appointment has gone very well. All their tools are clean and fresh. It is better to have an appointment because they do get busy at peak times. Walk ins welcome but how long one has to wait really depends on how busy they are - just the nature of the business. They also offer deals Mon-Thurs!! And if that is not enough they have a bar to help you really relax. The Nexgen I have done never lifts, which I appreciate and always looks great. read more

I've been to several salons trying to find one as good as Ceasars since I moved an hour away and I gave up and am happy to make the drive to get the best quality and attention to detail that you get at Ceasars.
