This is a great place to shop if you have extra cash on you. There are thugs in tow trucks that sit on the side of Toys R Us. They get calls from their other thugs who stake out the parking lot. The minute you turn out of the gate, your car gets hooked. I have been complaining every day to the correct people about their illegal tow practices. I strongly dislike this place. I cannot believe what the owners and the managers of Caesar's Bay allows in this parking lot. He has workers that are getting paid off the books that we don't know anything about them and they stake out your car. They changed their name their tow truck company they hired over 3 times. They getting money for each car that gets towed out of that lot out of Caesar's Bay. These tow truck drivers are demanding cash only.
